Chapter 126: Tear the beard off
Harry smiled radiantly as he flew through the tunnel that he had used to enter the core of the cave, flying as fast as he could so that he could exit this cave. The system only gave him the details of how to use cursed stone as a power source like fossil fuels. It would depend on them if they could use these details properly.
He wanted to go to his kingdom as soon as possible to start using the technology he had received. He knew that there was no need to rush so much, and that even if he reached his kingdom as soon as he could, it would still take him a few days to properly build the technology.
Even so, excitement was coursing through his veins. He felt like a child who had just started an anime or bought a game before sleeping. The child had to sleep, but he would be unable to do that because of the urge to try out the game or binge watch the series.

The old demon opened his eyes and looked at his disciple with a serene expression. "What is it? How did the war turn out? I am sure that the humans won, but just how badly did the witches lose? How much did the humans ask for as a ransom to release the war prisoners?"
The young disciple was taken aback by the barrage of questions that his master shot at him.
But he understood the fact that his master would most likely want to know whatever news he had, and thus he said, "Master, the kingdom of Shusite has been wiped off the map."
If it was anyone else, they would have probably thought that they heard the young disciple wrong, but the old demon who from the start did not underestimate the human male, asked with hesitation, "Wiped off as in, he conquered the kingdom and renamed it as something else?"
He had expected that this could happen. After all, they did not know just how powerful the humans are yet. So he did expect that they may not be that affected by the attack by the witch army and instead strike back successfully.
But even he did not expect the answer that came from his disciple's mouth.
"Wiped off as in…. completely destroyed. The kingdom has been razed into nothing but ashes. Every single witch who lived in that kingdom is dead.", the disciple said with a grave tone.
The old demon swallowed heavily as he asked, "They were that ruthless?"
The disciple nodded with a solemn expression.
"How many people did they use to get through the barrier and successfully capture the kingdom?", the old demon asked.
The old demon knew that the witch kingdoms have pesky barriers that surround them. It made life much harder for the demons in many occasions.
"Master... they did not use a single person to destroy the kingdom.", the disciple said with an expression which showed that he did not whether he should laugh or cry.
"What?!", the old demon growled.
What is his disciple talking about? How can anyone attack and take over a kingdom without even entering it? Unless... the human king made the witches fight internally and revolt? He caused a civil war and then made the witches join him with a few tempting deals?
But.... that made no sense! The witches are known to be extremely prideful over the fact that they are witches, and see normal humans as lower beings! They are also extremely loyal to their race! There was no way that any witch would pair up with a human, let alone work under him!
Wait a second, didn't his disciple just say that every single one of the witches that live in Shusite have been killed?
Then, HOW?!
Maybe he became partners with the kingdom of Aduseon, and asked them to assist him and destroy the kingdom of Shusite?
Wait... the witch ancestor would not let that happen at any cost!

I mean I'm forced to do this now because I have boards, [a very important test in India ] , and have to prepare for it while preparing for the monthly exams they keep... so I'm not really free till June 10th."
Editor whistles, "Damn. That's a long time from now."
"I know, but I have these monthly tests to prepare for, and like boards are considered like a divine test in India. There are students who suicide upon failing them and all.", the author says while sighing.]
