Like ringing a bell, they should move needles left and right and pause occasionally, making needles vibrate.
“The third method is Black Tortoise Probing Cave. It’s recorded in The Ode to Acupuncture Needles. Doctors stick needles into their patients in three directions before withdrawing them. They should repeat the process like a turtle searching underground in all directions.
“The fourth method is Red Phoenix Fluttering Wings. According to The Ode to Acupuncture Needles, doctors stick needles to the deepest part and move them upward. Then, they insert needles a little deeper when the desired sensation comes. Afterward, they fiddle with needles vertically and horizontally, twisting them around.”
