"Really?" Lily's expression shifted to one of seriousness. She hadn't anticipated encountering another group of monsters so soon, especially after Yuan had dispatched a band of goblins just hours ago.

"The forest looks so beautiful from up here, yet it's as treacherous as a rose surrounded by thorns... Let's find those damn monsters." Yuan activated his 'divine sense' to locate the pack.
As his divine sense extended, nothing within the forest could evade Yuan's perception. He could even discern the movements of distant, tiny creatures.
"Found you. There you are. They're much larger than most of the wolves I've encountered, except for 'that' one. And their fur seems to be ablaze. No wonder they're called Greater Flame wolves." Yuan grinned widely, spotting the group feasting on a fallen creature.
Swiftly, he made his way towards them, arriving at their gathering point. Without much contemplation, he leaped from his sword, which obediently found its way into his hand.
With a resounding crash, Yuan landed amidst the Greater Flame wolves, who immediately tensed, sensing the impending threat.
"Woooo! Grrrrrrr!"
Surrounded by the vigilant wolves, Yuan took in the sight. "So, this is a Greater Flame wolf. Much larger than I anticipated. And that flaming red fur, it looks as if it's actual fire." Yuan murmured with a grin, noticing the intense glint in the wolves' eyes.
"Roaaaarrrrrrrr!" One of the wolves let out a thunderous roar, slightly larger than the rest, with fangs and claws gleaming as if they could rend through heavy armor with ease.
"Roarrrr! Roarrrr!" The wolves unleashed furious roars, saliva dripping to the ground, their claws scraping the earth.
Yuan's smile widened as he tightened his grip on his sword. Without hesitation, he closed the distance between him and the oncoming wolves. They charged at him, fangs bared, teeth gleaming, intent on rending his flesh and limbs.

A wolf closed the gap swiftly, but Yuan's massive sword swung with deadly precision. It cut through flesh and bone, leaving the wolf lifeless on the ground.

Yuan didn't pause for a moment. As the other wolves attacked, he continued his deadly dance, dispatching them one by one, the effort appearing almost effortless.
The larger wolf seethed with anger, witnessing its comrades fall lifeless at Yuan's hand. Spotting an opening, it launched a clever sneak attack, jaws gaping to crush Yuan's head.
"Oh, a sneak attack. How clever... too bad it's useless against someone like me, with divine sense..." Yuan grinned widely, dodging the attempted strike with deft swiftness.
"Grrrr!" The wolf glared, its attack thwarted.
Meanwhile, back in the carriage, Anna, Grace, Emma, Rose, Julie, and Ava exchanged puzzled glances as Yuan abruptly left, soaring away on his sword.
Anna turned to Lily, concern in her eyes. "Lily, why did you stop the carriage? And do you know where Yuan went on his sword?"
Lily faced her two mothers and sisters. "Well, up ahead, there's another group of monsters. Yuan went to subjugate them. He'll return in half an hour, so don't worry. He'll be fine."
"Is that so? I didn't expect us to encounter another group of monsters so soon," Anna exclaimed with a serious look, her concern evident.
Rose's expression grew complicated as she worried about Yuan's safety. "This is unbelievable! Will Yuan be okay fighting a group of monsters alone?"
"You don't need to worry about darling's safety. He has the ability to go against thousands of monsters alone. Just believe in him, okay?" Grace reassured, her usually cold expression softening with a small smile.

Meanwhile, Yuan had managed to dispatch most of the wolves, leaving only two remaining. One was the pack leader, and the other was heavily wounded.
"Now, only the two of you remain. I'll finish you both quickly; my wives are waiting for my return at the carriage."
"Roaaarrrrr!" The leader roared, seemingly in response to Yuan's words, as if understanding the challenge.
"Oh, it seems you're more intelligent than I thought. You understood everything, didn't you? Well, in any case, you have to die today." Yuan remarked before launching himself at the leader with his massive sword in hand.
The wounded wolf tried to protect its leader, but Yuan's kick sent it flying with astonishing force.
"Now, it's your turn to die!" Yuan swung his sword down at the leader, too fast for the wolf to react.
Slash!
The sword cleaved through the wolf's body, spilling blood across the ground, staining the soil in red.

"My job is done here. Now, let's return to the carriage. They must be worried about me now," Yuan said to himself. He tossed his sword into the air, and it hovered, waiting. With a swift jump, he mounted it and flew back towards the carriage, the journey taking less than a minute.
"Did I make you guys wait long?" Yuan greeted, a smile on his face as he entered the carriage.
Anna rushed forward and enveloped him in a tight hug, her face buried in his chest. She spoke, muffled, "You know how worried I was when you went to hunt monsters without telling me? You should've informed me. Rose was also very worried about you."
Rose's cheeks reddened at Anna's words, and the others nodded in agreement. Yuan chuckled at the scene, finding it quite endearing.
After a moment, Grace regarded Yuan with a curious gaze. "Darling, what kind of monster did you kill just now? I'm very curious."
"I killed a type of monster known as Greater Flame wolves. There were 27 of them, and now none remain alive," Yuan answered with a smile.
