In short, there was a symbiotic relationship between the World Trees and these special plants and there were worlds that mainly focused on the World Trees and these special plants.
As for the Purple Stone World, it was a world mainly for humans and as for the trees, even though there were many forests, the world's overall grade was still low and it would take many centuries or even millennia.
However, Ajax was able to bring out thousands of Plant Essence and even the Lesser World Tree gave him 4600 drops of Plant Essence right in front of his eyes.

Since Siora was able to get such good items from the Lesser World Fruits, Skaros thought that was a chosen one.
As for Ajax, he was just a child born in the low-level Province in the Purple Stone World; however, he was able to become the Emperor of the World before the age of 20 and even established himself in the other worlds.
So, there were no doubts for Skaros regarding Ajax being a chosen one.

After seeing Primeval Ent, Ajax used his Divine Spirit Consciousness to check whether Skaros was checking on them with his many branches that covered half of the Inner Section of the Cursed Wilderness.

As the tree spirit, she could tell that it was Ajax who was nurturing her and thus, she was absolutely loyal to him. She carefully took the Normal World Cores and nodded her head with shining light in her eyes.

After that, she didn't waste any time in returning to the Lesser World Tree and waited for Ajax to give out the last drop of Plant Essence that was required to reach her 10000 years and initiate her evolution process.

With a single drop of Plant Essence, there were almost no changes in the Lesser World Tree; however, it bore four fruits and at the same time, it even initiated the evolution process.
Once the evolution process started, the entire tree shone with a bright light and beneath that light, it rapidly extended its branches all over the Purple Stone World.
