Chapter 100

The business of the circus did not look so good.

In the huge auditorium, only a few people could be seen and they were sitting sporadically.

There was only a very young, scarred elephant performing acrobatics in the arena which looked very clumsy.

Shen He wrinkled his nose.

How come this circus doesn’t even have a clown.

Xi Ying pulled Shen He, who had been staring at the performance hall, towards the audience, and chose a position near him to sit down.

“This circus seems a little bit different from what I imagined.” Shen He blinked his bright black eyes and said to Xi Ying.

“Of course it’s different, the good things are all down there.” Before Xi Ying responded to Shen He sentences, the man who was sitting not far in front of them spoken.

Shen He’s interest was ignited again. He took out a cigar from his pocket and threw it towards the man in front of him. He raised the corner of his mouth and asked, “Hey, buddy, what was the “good thing” you said just now? Where was it? Could it be that the circus dug a hole underground?” The following sentence was purely a joke by Shen He.

But what he didn’t expect was that the man turned his head while holding the cigar, and nodded solemnly.

“You guessed it right. There was really a hole below. As for the good things I said, they can’t be described in words. You have to see it yourself.”

“Thank you for your cigar. Was there a fire? Let me borrow it.”

Shen He took out the lighter and lit it for the man.

“Buddy, can you tell me how to get down there?” He was really interested in the “good stuff” that came out of the man’s mouth.

Xi Ying doesn’t know why, but she really wants to stop Shen He.

However, now that Shen He was very interested in it and she can saw his expression very clearly.

Xi Ying doesn’t want to disappoint him.

Therefore Xi Ying decided that from now on, she must pay 120,000 points of attention to observe whether the surrounding environment will be dangerous at any time.

“Just ask the staff here. They will tell you how to get there. But I want to remind you that if you don’t have ten thousand dollars in your hand, you cannot go down there. After listening to the man, Shen He smiled and patted the man on the shoulder, “Thanks, man.”

He took out all the cigars in his pocket and handed them to the man, “These are all yours.”

“Oh, thank God!” The man saw these cigars and his eyes were sparkling.

When Shen He glanced at Xi Ying, Xi Ying knew that he was ready to act.

The two of them walked off the auditorium and asked a circus staff member.

The staff first asked them for an entrance fee which was 5,000 dollars for each person. Then the staff took them around and eventually reached a dark tunnel entrance.

“It’s okay to go down here.” The staff pointed to the hole where only one person could pass at a time.

“I’ll go down first.” Shen He released Xi Ying’s hand and leaned close to her ear.

On the surface, it looked like he was kissing her cheek. However, he just said in a voice that only two of them could hear: “If there is any danger below, I will notify you to climb up as soon as possible, then leave me alone. Don’t worry about me, do you hear me? ”

Xi Ying’s nose was slightly sour.

It turned out Shen He was also vigilant.

And no matter what happened, he will always put her safety first.

Xi Ying nodded indicating that she heard him clearly.

Shen He kissed her cheek, then prepared himself to enter the tunnel.
