A teleportation altar lit up with brightness in the basement of a huge building. Several officers in their military uniforms could be seen standing near the Altar.
In this huge hall, there are several windows, and one of the higher windows is connected to the office of the military general of the Bismoil District. Every individual who can have the title of general in the army must be at least an S-ranker, the same is true here too.
