It has especially been the eye of the storm, all due to the recent explosive news, a revelation that has faintly but surely dispels some of the mystery surrounding jobs; the unraveling of manifestation requirements for a high-ranking job... or so it seems.
One of the conditions for the manifestation of a high-ranking job is "defeating monsters." In other words, a new whole power dynamic where you acquire a low or mid-ranking job, defeat a monster and voila, you can acquire a high-ranking job.
A person who proclaimed so had appeared.
It's unknown who that persona is, but they must be a remarkable young person.
There should be no need to elaborate, the fact and shock brought a drastic surge, and like a fly to the banana, momentarily spread all over the world.
There is a possibility of attaining a high-ranking job through a ‹Job Transfer›. Moreover, new methods of cultivating high-ranking jobs are also being researched.
Such rumors started circulating, causing a skyrocketing demand for ‹Basic Job Ascension Ticket›. The prices surged to everyone's understanding, reaching a level that even ordinary people hesitated to buy.
It was an unexpected turn of events. And then, such rumors started spreading: "Those who have undergone a career change are winners. The idea that a career change leads to a dead end in life is a blatant lie."
It was the presence of ‹Training Manual› that illuminated the high-ranking job. It was because there was ‹Training Manual› that the long-existing norm of 'Job transfer is a real-life checkmate' shifted to the burning star of everyone's hope.

Well, there is no problem with undergoing a job transfer itself. Those who underwent a job transfer all achieved high-ranking occupations that satisfied them. They are happy, and it's their own responsibility to deal with the difficulties that come with resetting their levels. However, as expected, some people started experiencing financial difficulties.
As a result, the country took measures to prohibit the use of the essential item for career change, the ‹Dragon Statue›, until a new system was established.
This raised shot-up the expectations of the citizens like a volcanic eruption, and the country swiftly began working towards establishing systems and laws. In the meanwhile the world was enveloped in such an undercurrent, a different problem arose in the academy.
It was the appearance of freshmen with high-ranking job in droves, which filled the upperclassmen with a sense of dread that they would one day be caught up by their juniors, and even overtaken.
On the flip side of the same coin, there were also a plethora of upperclassmen who shared the same thought, "It's unfair that only first-year students get to have high-ranking jobs! We also want to have a high-ranking job!"
It was then that a rule was imposed: "Until the Kingdom decides on the laws and the system is established, the use of the 'Dragon Statue' is prohibited."

It was quite challenging to raise the guild rank and stabilize it. It tested the players' skills. It was a trial of a player's technique. And speaking as someone who used to be a ‹Dungeon Activity› player, all i can say is, ‹Golden Beast› guild has basically shoot themselves on their foot.
I wonder how many regular or starting members ended up transferring their jobs. First-year students aren't yet on par to handle B-rank guild battles.
In other words, ‹Golden Beast› guild ended up with a situation where one-third of their members transferred jobs, leaving them with a surplus of low-level players. This gap is impossible to fill even if they vest their time on power leveling.
The guild is basically a tiger without its fang or claw. Though, the situation may subside if there's a suitable environment ready for them to properly raise their jobs. Rather, it might even lead them to read A-rank
But as things stand now, it's going to be hell training those jobs when the system is yet to be curated for them. Leveling takes a hell lot of time.
I reckong the guild will basically be in dormant status now, and their fall to D-rank is almost settled if they suffer consecutive losses. Leveling up takes a considerable amount of time. They would be immobile for a while, and if they keep losing, they would even drop down to D-rank.
And when that will happen, it will further become a hell to raise their level with the rising of freshman guilds as well. Not to say members might even lose their passion for the guild at the disastrous defeats and leave it.
‹Golden Beast› future is as clear as day if they don't come up with the plan to retain and even surpass their B-rank status.
Apparently, the plan of ‹Golden Beast› after ‹Job Transfer› is awfully childish from Mert's perspective. They have really done something impulsive, haven't they? It seems like it's going to be hard to regulate the guild after all this.

After talking for a while, I realized that Mert is quite ambitious. I could sense a strong desire to reach S-rank guild and even higher from him.
