Chu Liang noticed Fu Jinchen's uneasiness and chuckled, "Let's go shopping and buy some clothes after dinner."

When Fu Jinchen raised his head to look at Chu Liang, he saw that the corners of her lips had curled up into a beautiful smile, and there were even faint dimples on the corners of her lips.

Fu Jinchen was startled. Chu Liang frowned when he saw his blank look. He waved his hand in front of his eyes and asked, "Director Fu?"

"Ah!" Fu Jinchen came back to his senses and immediately turned his head away, but he could feel his cheeks heating up. "I understand. Let's go."

Chu Liang nodded his head. When he saw the redness on Fu Jinchen's cheeks, he asked worriedly, "Are you having a fever?"

Just as Chu Liang was about to touch Fu Jinchen's forehead, Fu Jinchen hastily grabbed her wrist and shook his head, "It's nothing. Let's go."

"But …" Before Chu Liang could finish his words, Fu Jinchen pushed him out of the room.

Chu Liang's impression of LA was still in college. She played with her friends, went to LA's bar for the first time, and experienced LA's night.

Fortunately, Chu Liang had always been requested by the Jane family to learn all kinds of fighting techniques. That night, she had protected herself well before any mishaps occurred.

Ever since that day, Chu Liang had completely given up on the Jian Clan and felt that he was in danger. Only he could rely on himself.

"Chu Liang?" Fu Jinchen's voice rang out beside his ears, causing Chu Liang to raise his head and glance at him.

However, Chu Liang didn't expect that the next time he came to the LA, he would be here together with Fu Jinchen.

"It's been a long time since I've had a city where no one knows me." Fu Jinchen smiled as he put his arm around Chu Liang's shoulders and tilted his head to look at her. "You have really made me more and more curious."

The corners of Chu Liang's mouth curled up, but he didn't continue speaking.

Seeing that Chu Liang didn't resist his touch, Fu Jinchen's heart couldn't help but jump in joy. He secretly exerted his strength to prevent her from escaping as he brought Chu Liang into the burger shop by the side of the road.

After Chu Liang entered, he saw that there were many people coming and going in the Burger Shop. He looked at Fu Jinchen in surprise, "Didn't you dislike places with many people?"

An unknown intent flashed across Fu Jinchen's eyes as he chuckled, "We also need to distinguish who's with whom."

Chu Liang was stunned for a moment. When he came back to his senses, he saw Fu Jinchen walking over to the group and naturally merging into one.

Chu Liang reacted and immediately walked over. He whispered, "Director Fu, let me do it."

"There's no need to call me Director Fu when I'm outside." Fu Jinchen glanced at Chu Liang and said, "Call me by my name, or …"

The corner of his lips curled up slightly. With a magnetic voice, he said, "Jin Chen."

When Chu Liang heard his voice, he felt a jolt in his heart. He swallowed a mouthful of saliva to hide his embarrassment as he stammered, "Fu …" "Jin Chen."

Fu Jinchen nodded his head and put on a satisfied smile. He reached out his hand to rub Chu Liang's hair, "There aren't many people who can call me by my name like this."

Chu Liang was surprised. Just as he was about to bow his head and apologize, Fu Jinchen waved his hand, "Go find a seat and wait for me."

Then he turned to the waiter with a smile and began to order in fluent English.

Chu Liang sat in a corner near the window. Ever since school, she had always liked to stay in the corner. It was quiet and lonely.

The foreign couple outside the window looked intimate. The girl held onto the boy's arm, or the boy put his hand on the girl's shoulder. They chatted and laughed as they walked, kissing under the light of the lamp, ignoring everyone's stares.

Chu Liang was lost in thought as she looked out the window. Fu Jinchen sat down with a tray, but she showed no reaction.

Fu Jinchen tapped the table with his index finger. "What are you looking at so seriously?" Chu Liang's gaze followed the source of the voice and caught sight of the couple kissing by the roadside light.

Chu Liang instantly retracted his gaze and blushed, "You're back."

"Yes." Fu Jinchen felt a bit uncomfortable as well. It was obvious that he was thinking of something. In order to cover up his embarrassment, he pushed his plate towards Chu Liang, "I wonder what you like, so I want them all."

Chu Liang looked at all sorts of dishes on the plate and was extremely surprised. He turned around and whispered, "Actually, I'm not picky with food."

"I'll know in the future." Fu Jinchen responded with a grunt. He picked up a potato chip and put it in his mouth, while casting a furtive glance at Chu Liang.

Chu Liang, on the other hand, returned to his normal demeanor. He didn't put on any pretense of eating, as if Fu Jinchen wasn't in front of her.

After the meal, Chu Liang pulled Fu Jinchen into the shopping mall. As he had rushed aboard the plane without any luggage, the clothes he had bought were all on Chu Liang's account.

Fu Jinchen looked at Chu Liang and joked, "It seems that you are a woman that can support me."

Chu Liang was in the middle of choosing his own clothes when he heard that. He glanced at Fu Jinchen and asked, "Do you need me, Xiao Yun, to raise the dignified heir to the Fu family in the capital?"

"I can't say for sure." When Fu Jinchen said this, his voice became somewhat lower, "What if I am kicked out of the Fu Family by Second Uncle one day?"

Chu Liang's body stiffened for a moment. He turned around and looked at Fu Jinchen. When he saw the sorrow in Fu Jinchen's eyes, he thought for a moment before patting his back.

"Ohgirl!" The clerk looked at Chu Liang and exclaimed in surprise. Then, she winked at him and said in English, "Your boyfriend is so handsome."

Chu Liang's movements paused. Just as he was about to explain, Fu Jinchen raised his head and smiled brightly at the shop assistant, "Thankyou!"

"She's pretty, too." The clerk gestured to Chu Liang, while Fu Jinchen's tone was filled with a faint sense of pride, "Of course."

The corner of Chu Liang's mouth twitched as he shook his head. He chose a set of clothes and went into the locker room.

After a while, Chu Liang changed into a white jacket and a white T-shirt. His jeans and canvas shoes made him look much brighter than before.

Fu Jinchen, on the other hand, tilted his head as he looked at her attire. He waved his index finger and took the initiative to choose a set of clothes, stuffing them into Chu Liang's hands. "Try this set."

Chu Liang frowned as he looked at the clothes in his hand. He then looked at Fu Jinchen doubtfully, "This isn't my style."

"Boss told you to stop talking nonsense." Fu Jinchen opened the door to the locker room and stuffed Chu Liang inside. Then, he sat down on the sofa with a smile on his face.

Ten minutes, twenty minutes passed, and there was still no sound from the locker room.

Fu Jinchen pretended to be nonchalant and waited. When he saw that Chu Liang still had no reaction, he immediately stood up and walked to the door of the locker room. He raised his hand and knocked on the door, "Chu Liang, are you still there?"

"I …" Chu Liang hesitated for a moment before taking a deep breath and opening the door.

She wore a silk shirt and a short skirt that accentuated her beautiful figure. Her originally sunny temperament now had a little more of a playful and sexy charm to it.

Fu Jinchen stared unblinkingly at Chu Liang. Suddenly, he stretched out his hand and pulled Chu Liang to his side.

"Fu …" Before Chu Liang could finish his words, Fu Jinchen had already bent down and kissed her lightly on the lips.
