Chapter 312 - He Is Not Even Ready To Think About It.

So, he immediately agreed to help Louis till these trust issues are resolved in Kingdom

Meanwhile, the doctor checked Brina's pulse and ordered his assistant to set up a IV drip. 

He was about to continue his check up when the door suddenly flew open and someone barged in.  

Louis sprinted towards his wife and he bent down on his knee, as he held her hands.  

"Philip, what happened to my wife? Why did she faint?" Louis asked his doctor friend.

His heart ached when he saw her pale face and wet cheeks. It started to worry him.  

He couldn't help but remember when she had the accident. 

"Don't worry friend. She just fainted! She was weak and tired up her mind a lot. For further information, I need to talk to her doctor and clarify some things" he said.  

He is a most professional doctor and when he checked her, he just felt like she might be pregnant. However, as he could not be sure without testing her, he decided to talk to her doctor.  His guess was just his instincts from experience. 

"I will make a call to Rhianna," Ethan said.  

"Why don't you move her to the bedroom, upstairs? It's pretty congested on the couch" Elora said as she caressed Brina's head.

Louis nodded his head, his eyes concentrated only on his wife. It is like his whole world is falling apart whenever he sees her like this.

Meanwhile, Rhianna talked with the doctor Philip. 

Philip and Rhianna knew each other before itself, so it became simple for them to communicate. 

"Pregnant? I already thought" Philip said. He sighed in relief when he realized that fainting is just one of the symptoms of this.  

Excessive stress could cause it if the lady is weak when she is pregnant. 

"But, hey, could you leave it to Brina? Let her tell her family about this" Rhianna said.

"Sure then. I will just prescribe some medicine and bed rest then. You, as her personal doc, could take it from there" he said.  

"Yeah, I could do that. I will be flying to the Kingdom with Natalie this evening" she said.  

"It's cool then" Philip said, ending the call.  

…..

"Brina had some excess stress over something. And, she is very weak" Philips said.  

"Just keep her under IV drip for today, slow and steady. She will wake up soon and her doctor Rhianna will be coming here by evening. She said, she will take care of the rest of the matters" he added.  

Louis nodded his head. He knew he overreacted but he couldn't help it. He just can't bear to see her like this. 

"Thanks Philip. Just don't tell this to anyone okay?" Louis asked.  

"Cool, man. My lips are sealed" Philip said. "Dont worry too much. She is fine" he said.  

"She never fainted! How could she be fine?" Louis worriedly asked. 

'You will get the answer and you will be very happy too' Philips thought inside. 

…

"Tell me what you told Brina that it triggered her stress this much?" Louis demanded his brother.. 

"I already told her that this information would disturb her as a woman. But like usual, your wife is stubborn and I didn't have a choice but to tell her" Ethan said.  

"Tell her what, Ethan? I want details please" Louis asked, annoyed. 

Something is really wrong with his wife since yesterday. At first he thought that she was just in the mood off, but this... 

She is hiding something from him... 

"Fine, here it is. The story of our great, vicious and inhumane grandmother" Ethan started narrating the story. 

After a few minutes…

"I never knew she was this vicious," Eliina said, her voice so emotional and cracked.  

"That's what all the Royal family holds, Elle. We never know the real persona of the person" her mother, Elora said.  

Meanwhile, Louis stood there quiet.  

"So, you are telling me that my wife fainted after listening to this?" Louis asked.  

"I just did," Ethan said.  

"She has been through a lot worse, Ethan. Just the mere details of something that happened in the bloody past won't make her stressed out. Until unless, there is something more than this she knows about" Louis said, thinking why it triggered her so much.  

"You might be right. She was in her own deep thoughts and she was clearly in turmoil before she fainted" Ethan said.  

"Wait, could she be thinking that the same thing would happen to her as well?" Louis asked.  "Like what happened to that queen?" 

"Yeah, that swapping of dead plants, trying to start rumors" Katherine added, thinking of it.  

She was pissed off when she heard one of the foolish thesis. 

Greta married her best friend's husband.  

Elora married her best friend's husband.  

Will Katherine marry her best friend's husband too? 

It made her very angry when she heard this.

In no way she will betray Brina like what Great did to her friend, nor Brina is going to die like Elora's best friend. 

"But, there is no connection. My wife could be just overthinking. What gain will Greta get if she harms Brina? I mean, she isn't that influential like before" Louis said. 

"I told the same too. But Brina said, 'Don't underestimate ', before she fainted away" Ethan said.

As Brina was under drip and the color in her face started to come back, others sighed in relief. 

Waiting for Rhianna and Natalie to come, everyone stayed behind in Ethan's quarters.  

After the meeting ended King Edgar rushed too.  

Meanwhile…

Inside the room.. 

Louis just wiped Brina's face with a damp cloth and is about to wipe her arms too when he heard her whisper, 'baby'

"Baby??" Louis thought, surprised. 

She rarely calls him baby.  She uses honey, darling or Louis.  But not, baby.  It's rare.. 

'So, whom is she implying? Or, was she thinking of the story Ethan told her' Louis thought.  'Could be. She always had soft spot for kids and babies' 

However, the idea of his wife being pregnant totally didn't cross his mind at all. 

He is not even ready to think about it.
