CH 15.2

The Tenth District, a desolate ruin

Serbia closed his livestream and cut off the connection created by his mental power.

There was no network in the Tenth District. He relied on his strong mental power to build a temporary satellite area network to livestream.

And for him to be able to construct such a network in a place like Tenth District, where signals were almost blocked, his mental power had to be at least SSS-level.

Serbia boarded the spaceship and left the deserted area.

The stars in the space were bright, but Serbia had no time to admire this beautiful scenery. He drove the spacecraft to stop at the Violet Planet in a hurry.

“I have the money!” Serbia rushed into a shop. “Please give me a bottle of xeno-morphe agent.”

The shopkeeper—an alien with long tentacles on his head—spat out human language, “One thousand star currency.”

Star currency was the common currency of the whole galaxy.

Serbia transferred the money quickly this time.

The ends of the shopkeeper’s tentacles opened slightly. It turned out that his eyes were there.

“On the fourth floor, under the second row of cabinets.” The shopkeeper closed his eyes again.

“Thank you!” Serbia located the medicine and left again in a hurry.

The shopkeeper barely opened his eyes after his customer left.

Ripples appeared on the water’s surface.

The creek rippled, and a huge and powerful blue fish tail smashed against the water surface, followed by a merman who appeared in the moonlight.

The moonlight reflected his snowy back, long sea-blue hair, clear blue eyes, and his charming merman face.

The merman propped his upper body on the shore, leaving his dark-blue tail below, which was hidden under the surface of the water.

“Serbia.” The merman opened his mouth with a touching voice that sounded like nature.

“This is the xeno-morphe agent.” Serbia squatted near the shore and handed him the agent. “Drink it, and you can come ashore.”

Brent nodded and drank the medicine.

The fish tail beneath the water gradually separated into two straight and slender legs.

Serbia rejoiced, “It worked!”

Brent wanted to climb ashore, but he was not accustomed to using his legs and relied entirely on his upper body strength.

Serbia rushed to grab his hands and assist in dragging him up.

“On the count of three, one, two, three!”

“Urg…” Brent gave a low cry as his whole body landed on the shore.

The merman had recently sprouted human legs. He had no clothes to cover his body, leaving his pale skin exposed to the moonlight.

Serbia turned beet red, immediately turned around, unbuttoned his coat, and hastily draped it over Brent.

“Can you walk?” Serbia asked.

Brent tried to take a step, and his legs, which he had never used before, immediately became boneless as he fell to the ground.

Serbia hesitated for a moment. “Forgive me.” Then he carried Brent in his arms.

“I will take you to the spaceship and find his Highness at the Empire.”

Brent shook his head and spoke intermittently in human language, “But… your identity… it will be dangerous… for you to appear in the First District.”

The upper three districts were a place that even the civilians in the middle three districts had difficulty entering in their lifetime. How could an unregistered resident like Serbia be able to get in?

“There is no need for you to worry. I can do it.” Serbia firmly said, “I promised you that I would help you find the Third Prince.”

The merman curled into the other man’s arms, saying nothing more.

The Marshal’s mansion, bedroom

Ryan was tired of playing the dress-up game.

He asked Chu Yuwen, “Are there any other games to play?”

Chu Yuwen replied, “There are…” But all he played were killing and fighting games, not suitable for omegas. As for games popular among omegas, there was no way he would know.

Chu Yuwen wanted to search on the Star Network. Before he could search [what games do omegas like to play], Ryan interrupted, “What games does mister usually play?”

“I want to play games with mister,” he said hopeful.

Chu Yuwen said, “I feared nothing that would interest you.”

Ryan said quickly, “If it is with mister, I am sure it will be fun.”

Chu Yuwen felt a little happy when hearing this, so much that a faint smile appeared on his face. “Galactic War.”

Ryan thought for a moment. “Is that the game I played before in the game room…”

Chu Yuwen nodded. “Indeed, you can also play it directly on the optical computer. But you would get the best experience playing in the game room.” He remembered that Ryan did not like to play this game very much, so he added, “This is a game that alpha loves to play; there is no need to force yourself.”

“I can give it a try.” Ryan replied, “If I have you to teach me, I might be able to get into it.”

“Well…okay.” Chu Yuwen opened Galactic War and explained to Ryan the effects of various skills, various job combinations, and various faction strategies.

Ryan yawned lazily as he listened, almost falling asleep.

Chu Yuwen stopped in time and said with a chuckle, “I knew it was too boring for you.”

“Ah?” The sleepiness suddenly went away as Ryan blurted, “No, of course not. What you said was very interesting. I understood it all.”

Chu Yuwen raised his eyebrows and suggested, “Then let’s play a round.”

One minute later.

Watching Ryan, who was focused on the mech cosmetic section, Chu Yuwen thought that omega really had the ability to play any game, like a dress-up game.
