CH 41

In just one more week, summer vacation arrived.

I planned to continue with my physical training, but during that time and beyond, I mostly spent it with Shirayuki and Hisui.

Well, honestly, I started to worry that I might be spoiled excessively to the point of regressing into a child.

(Mainly because of Hisui, though…)

She, like Shirayuki, was considered “my woman,” but as I had mentioned before, it was truly overwhelming how Hisui presented herself before me as both an individual woman and a mother. It was quite stimulating.

Recently, we had end-of-term exams, and Shirayuki pushed me hard with studying, almost like a strict Spartan.

“It’s important to memorize the formulas properly. There’s no easy way, and I want to make that clear. Touma-kun, since you asked me to help you study, I’ll be strict with you, okay?”

Unlike the candy-like Hisui, Shirayuki not only spoiled me but also gave me firm instructions. I never thought her words were too harsh; instead, I appreciated how she helped me stay grounded and focused.

“Good job. You really worked hard. Now, let’s take a short break. Hmm… Was there anything you wanted to do?”

After the whip came the sweet candy… Depending on the situation, Shirayuki could be even more intense in melting my heart. On the other hand, Hisui strongly whispered her desire for me to be more dependent on her, expressing her love. I was already so happy that I couldn’t ask for anything more.

“… About Yosuke, huh?”

And inevitably, as I calmed down, Yosuke’s face came to my mind.

He was supposed to be the one who would be with Shirayuki as the protagonist of this world… However, I realized that he couldn’t empathize as the protagonist of the game, and from there, I started to feel that I didn’t want to hand over Shirayuki and Hisui to him… and that’s how things turned out the way they were now.

I didn’t have to give Shirayuki to him, and there were times when I felt a sense of superiority by interacting with Shirayuki in front of him.

“I don’t regret it, and I don’t think it was wrong… but maybe I went too far as the villain?”

Shirayuki and I knew how Yosuke felt.

We knew that he had intense feelings for Shirayuki, and we denied them in the most straightforward way possible—a way that could be considered the worst for him.

“Was I really such a guy in the past?”

When I think back… Well, whatever.

Even if people said I had a bad personality, it felt really good to flaunt my interactions with Shirayuki in front of him.

“Maybe I have a talent for being a villainous b*****d.”

As I thought about such things, I laughed, realizing that once I took a step into another world, this pure love yandere world would completely transform into an NTR-themed world.

“It’s dark… Well, that’s only natural.”

At night, when I was alone in my room, I felt strangely uneasy.

I did have doubts about living a decadent life, spending every night interacting with them.

And spending time alone like this was a time to calm down in various ways… However, perhaps the discomfort of not having any of them by my side was their skillful tactic.

“Well, it’s a bit late now.”

Didn’t I say it from the beginning?

To start feeling lonely when we were apart and to never want to be separated… I was just experiencing that reality clearly now.

“Demn those two, Shirayuki and Hisui… sigh, let’s do some exercise.”

I got up from the bed and started pacing around the room.

The room was quite spacious, and since there were no tables or anything like that, I could move around quite freely.

After walking for a while, my body was drawn towards the door as if pulled by it.

I opened the door and stepped into the corridor, heading straight to Hisui’s room that day.

“Hisui, can I come in?”

“Touma-kun? Sure, come on in.”

I knocked and called out, and I immediately got a response.

Inside, Hisui was sitting on the edge of the bed in her usual provocative attire, and when she saw me suddenly entering the room, she smiled faintly.

“Welcome.”

“…”

I couldn’t help but feel inferior to her, as if she could see through everything.

Her youthful body was far from what you would expect from a high school girl, and no matter how much I tried not to, my gaze was naturally drawn to her.

Well, even if I stared at her openly, Hisui didn’t mind, but I cleared my throat and sat down next to her.

“Were you feeling lonely?”

“You already know, don’t you?”

“I know. And that’s why I’m here for you, no matter what.”

Saying that, Hisui pulled me closer, embracing my head against her chest.

If Shirayuki tended to lean against me gently, then Hisui, on the other hand, often tried to embrace me like this.

Perhaps the difference lay in the fact that she was an adult.

“…As it gets dark.”

“Yeah.”

“I get lonely… and in the end, I come to Hisui’s room like this. It’s completely the scenario the two of you envisioned, right?”

Saying that, I lifted my face from the soft twin peaks.

She was smiling – with those darkened eyes that she had shown before, and still occasionally showed.

“Of course, it’s not exactly like that. But this is just the beginning… You will become more and more unable to leave us.”

“…”

What I felt from her voice wasn’t fear… but joy.

While Hisui stroked my head, she then cupped my face with both hands.

“But, you know? I don’t want you to misunderstand that there’s any ulterior motive that would make Touma-kun uncomfortable. We were doing this because we simply loved you. If it were just a one-time infatuation, it wouldn’t have turned out like this… We repeated it over and over again, and the accumulation of that time created monsters like us.”

“Calling yourself a monster…”

“It’s something similar, isn’t it? There may be people who love others in this way, but you don’t come across them very often.”

“That’s true.”

It’s not like Shirayuki or Hisui were easy to come by.

Understanding that, my body felt heavy. I pressed down on Hisui, being careful not to burden her, and nuzzled my face against her.

“Fufu. Even though we weren’t doing anything special, I had been longing for this scene where I could just be spoiled like this… If it continues like this from now on, both Shirayuki and I might become too relaxed to the point of absurdity.”

“I’d love to see that look on your face.”

Even if it became any situation, I couldn’t imagine that her dignified facial features would ever falter.

Afterwards, Hisui and I nestled together without doing anything in particular, exchanging small talk.

And in the most natural manner, I got into her bed.

“I feel a little superior to Shirayuki at times like this.”

“Is that so?”

“Yeah. That girl always found ways to one-up me, you know?”

“…Ah~”

“I wondered who she took after. Turns out it was me, completely.”

“Yeah. I can kind of understand.”

Hisui pulled herself closer to me.

In that moment, the words she spoke were those of a mother to Shirayuki, mixed with the pride of a woman, and it felt like a cry from her soul.

“Even I, you see… I feel frustrated and think she’s too cheeky for her age! But every time that girl provokes me, it’s like I’m looking at a younger version of myself, and that smug smile on her face is exactly like how I used to taunt my friends back in my school days!”

“I-I see.”

“So cheeky… She really is cheeky. But just like me, she loves Touma-kun, she’s an adorable daughter, and I want to cherish and protect her forever…”

“In conclusion, Hisui really loves Shirayuki, huh?”

“Of course. There’s no mother who dislikes her own child.”

“Yeah… I was the exception, though.”

“Don’t think about that.”

Yes, I’ll forget about it.

The next day, Shirayuki cornered me, asking why I didn’t come to her, but this time it was Hisui who took the upper hand, and an intense argument ensued.

“I can provide more comfort than Mom!”

“Oh, but yesterday Touma-kun seemed very comforted, you know?”

“Hmph! He must have been pinching his nose because of your old rotten smell!”

“… Watch your tongue, you little brat.”

“Wanna fight?”

“Bring it on.”

Well, well, it was truly peaceful, wasn’t it?
