It was truly bizarre to see beautiful girls from a national idol group, always seen on TV and extremely famous, happily eating omu-rice at a cultural festival of an ordinary public high school in a rural area.

However, even in such a situation, the girls had an overwhelming aura of divinity that made them stand out even in a classroom like this.

The fact that the Angel Girls had appeared in this class quickly became known throughout the school, and while the classrooms were calm because of the original restrictions on entry, the hallways were literally packed with students and ordinary people who had gathered to catch a glimpse of the Angel Girls.

That’s how famous and how beautiful they are.

I was once again reminded of how proud and outrageous it is that their former member and the most popular one as the center of the group, Shiorin, is now my classmate and actually my childhood friend and my girlfriend.

“Oh no, it’s a mess out there!”

Looking out into the corridor, Akarin muttered in a carefree manner as if she were someone else, and smiled and lightly waved at them as fan service.

Akarin’s casual gesture was enough to bring cheers and excitement from outside the hallway.

I guess that’s what I call star quality.

But she looks so carefree, isn’t this a normal state of panic? I thought it might be a bad idea, but I guess the girls are used to this kind of situation, and they didn’t seem to mind.

But whether they were used to it or not, they were still in a state of mess, and just getting out of this classroom was certainly not going to be easy.

As I pondered what to do, the rest of the class seemed to have the same idea.

I’m sure they’re all excited to see the Angel Girls in the flesh and to be able to serve them, but at the same time they want to make sure the festival is a success after all the work they’ve put in.

It’s not that Akarin and the others are at fault, it’s just that it’s our festival and we are responsible for dealing with any problems that arise.

However, as no one was able to come up with an answer as to what to do, Akarin stood up after finishing her meal.

“It was delicious, thank you. Now that we’ve seen Shiorin in her maid outfit, let’s not stay too long or we’ll get in trouble with the restaurant.”

In response to Akarin’s call, the other members stood up.

It was as if nothing had happened, and they all seemed to be oblivious to this crowd of people.

And for some reason, Shi-chan was the same, casually asking, “Oh, are you going already?”

” Yeah. Oh, yes, I’ll give you this. Shiorin, be sure to come back later. And Takkun, Yamamoto-kun, and Shimizu-san, right? Thanks for the other day.”

Smiling at Shi-chan’s question, Akarin replied as she handed her a folded piece of paper from the pocket of the jacket she was wearing.

She tells Shi-chan, as well as me, Takayuki and Shimizu-san, to come somewhere after this.

Takayuki and Shimizu were both happily surprised to hear their names called out all of a sudden, as if they were happy that Akarin remembered them.

“Fu~n, I see.”

Shi-chan seemed to be convinced of something as she unfolded the paper Akarin handed her and looked at it, grinning and smiling a bit mischievously.

Wondering what it was, I ran over to Shi-chan and peeked at the paper next to her.

“Urgent special project! The Angel Girls invaded a high school’s cultural festival! Will the surprise live be a success!?”

That’s what was printed on the paper that Akarin handed me.

So my hunch was right, the rumored secret guests were definitely the Angel Girls.

In the center of the banner was a large text with a professional-looking color print that looked like it was made by a student, and the name of the TV station was written in the lower right corner.

The flyer, which featured the Angel Girls in all their glory, reminded me of an advertisement for something rather than a cultural festival.

“This is a pre-release version, so please be careful with it.”

Akarin smiled as she explained this to me.

Fortunately, Shi-chan and I were the only ones who had seen the flyer, so the people around us didn’t seem to know what it was about.

Just as Akarin was explaining this, some of the senior members of the festival committee, as well as managers and staff, came in from the entrance of the classroom and made their way through the crowd of people to guide Akarin and the Angel Girls.

“I’ll see you later.”

“See you later!”

“L-Later!”

“Be sure to come back, Shiorin.”

Akarin, Megumin, Chi-Chii, and Miyamiya all called out to Shi-chan and walked out of the classroom, surrounded by adults.

The back of the girls who were being escorted away by the adults around them had an aura of dignity and elegance, as if they were the top idols, unlike the loose and off-putting feeling they had just had.

“Hey Takkun, look here.”

After seeing off Akarin and the others, Shi-chan whispered to me while pointing at a flyer.

I wondered what she was talking about, but when I peeked at her pointing finger, I saw that there were words printed on it that I knew well.

“Sorry, too many angels!”

It was the name of the Angel Girls’ first show, a popular program with a high viewership.

I looked at it and understood.

This was not a flyer for the festival, but a printed advertisement for Akarin’s show.

In other words, Akarin and her friends had come to this festival in an unexpected way, by involving themselves in the planning of their own program.

I was convinced that this was what Akarin was talking about, and I couldn’t help but laugh at the feat that only they could pull off.

Shi-chan seemed to feel the same way and laughed in disgust, “Mou, Akarin!”

After Akarin and the others left like a storm, our class returned to business as usual as a maid cafe.

However, since the earlier commotion had made it known to the general public that Shi-chan was in our class, the flow of customers never ceased.

As a result, all the ingredients that we had stocked up on were used up, and our class had to close much earlier than planned.

We put up a sign outside the door, and all the classmates gathered in the classroom with the door closed.

The whole class shared the joy of completing the festival with the great accomplishment of selling out.

Though she could have chosen to shine as an idol with Akarin and the others, I couldn’t help but be happy to see Shi-chan in the classroom with us, happily sharing her joy with the rest of the class.
