‘Fuck... huh? No way.’ I thought, feeling nothing had happened even though the man had just decapitated me.
“Haha, I guess your information is old,” I said, forming a grin and holding back my surprise.
“What did you do.” The old man said, starting to realise that the body he had just attacked felt different than it was a second ago.
“Hehe,” I said, laughing while turning to ice in front of him.
“This fucken fox!!!!” The old man said before getting blown up for the final time.
“Okay, now I am sure he is dead,” I said, coming out of the rubble the monstrous child made when he attacked me.
“Master!?” The monster yelled, coming down from the air while throwing multiple black weapons at me.

“Woah,” jumping away sadly, not unscathed, as one of his weird weapons took my left arm.
‘Those are stronger, or is it him?’ I thought, noticing the speed of the weapons he threw.
“Agh.” Bringing out my staff again, I swiped sideways, redirecting his body passed me. But again, I didn’t get off unscathed as he took a gash out of my side.
‘this fucking bastard.’ I thought, glaring at the black things.
“You, You, you killed him. You kill my master.” The Monstrous thing yelled, glaring at me with all his killing intent.
“yeah yeah, I don’t care about your little BDSM shit,” I said, slamming down onto the thing and sending him to the ground.
“ugh! You how?” The monstrous thing said, getting more and more clear-headed, which bothered me as I was moving in the opposite direction.
“hehe, how? You don’t need to know.” I said,d swinging my staff again, destroying half of his head.
“This is.”
“for fuck sake, now I know how people feel fighting me. Hehe, but it doesn’t matter. I got a proper punching bag.” I said, laughing to myself, looking down at the monstrous thing covering half of my face with my free hand.
“Die!” Shouted the beast disappearing and reappearing behind me only to get a staff stabbed right through his head.
“hehe, you are a slowpoke, hehe. I wonder how much you actually can take, hehe.” I said, looking down at him over my shoulder.
“Tsk, KILL!!!!” Jumping away, the monstrous thing shouted into the air.
“hehe, more. Hehe, more, yes, more. You brought me more toys, hehe.” I said, laughing more and more, seeing multiple shadows appear closer and closer to us.
‘hehe, I am losing it, aren’t I?’ I thought, noticing my behaviours.
“kill her now.”
“oh, but these can die, can’t they,” I said, sounding quite disappointed, swinging my staff at one of them, making his body explode into black dust at the same time one of them attacked
“Kitsuna!! Stacy and Kayda are on their way back. Just hold on for a few more minutes!” Nekro shouted from the other side of the mansion, knowing I would hear her.
“hehe, you guys are fucked.” I said, swinging another arc of fire out of the staff.
“you will be dead by then.” The monstrous things around said in unison with a smirk.
“Nah, she just told me I can have wrath take over. Hehe, good luck in surviving this.” I said, losing consciousness.

[7 Minutes]
“First, they leave me with the bothersome family. Now I need to go and fight fucking devil children,” I grumbled while running on the roof towards Stacys’ position.

“ah, there she is,” I muttered, seeing an explosion going off to the right kitsu said Stacy should have been.
“fucking bastards, just die already!” I heard Stacy yell, followed by another few explosions.
“Sigh, what an annoying enemy,” I said, descending into the chaos.
“oh Kayda, you here.”
“yeah, so what’s the details,” I asked, throwing a scorch at a devil child incinerate him.
“They have been planning this for a while. There are about a hundred of these devil children.” Stacy explained, looking at me for a second.
“I can see there is a lot of them, but that’s not really a problem for us. do you know where the original one is?” I asked, not stopping using my scorch balls.
“No, these buggers aren’t talking at all,” Stacy said with frustration.
“Hmm, alright, let’s kill the m, then go on to the original,” I said, shrugging.
“at least you are here. It will be way easier to kill a devil child.” Stacy said with some relief.
“it will still take a lot of mana to evaporate it,” I said, annoyed.
“But you are you,” Stacy said, annoying me even more.
“... what do you mean by that?” I said, narrowing my eyes at her.
“ah, you know someone great at mana control and using it sparingly,” Stacy said, smashing a few heads.

“As I said, we will just all of them and go from there.”

“Where are they going?” Stacy said, confused seeing the rest of the devil child run away.
“They are not beginning to run away,” I muttered, narrowing my eyes at their backs.
“we will need to follow kayda.”
“I know. Just give me a second to think.” I said, looking back in the mansion’s direction.
“you think I am following them,” Stacy said, wanting to take off.
“wait, let’s go back to the mansion first,” I said, grabbing Stacy’s arm.
“What, why? Kitsu is there.”
“Yeah, I think she or the family is the main target,” I said worriedly.
“she will be fine.”
“the original one will probably be there.”
“that will make sense that he is there, but what about the others? Kitsu can also easily kill that thing.”

“I guess we should have been worried,” Stacy said, seeing kitsu throwing the original devil child around like a ragdoll.

“How long do you think it’s been active?” I asked, worried, keeping a close eye on kitsu.
“Not that long. I can still easily knock her out,” Stacy said,d humming to herself.
“please do so,” I asked, sounding quite desperate.
“yes, ma’am,” Stacy said, laughing.
“I will take care of the devil.”
“Alright.”
“Uh.” Jumping to the garden of the mansion, I quickly ran at the two fightings. Before I could get close to them, Stacy appeared next to kitsu swinging her fist at her head.
Though not so surprisingly, kitsu quickly blocked the blow.
“hehe, more playthings.” I heard kitsu say in a child-like voice, swinging a red blood scythe at Stacy.
“what the fuck is that!?” Stacy yelled, attacking kitsu.
“What, reinforcements?” The devil said, standing up wobbly.
“No,” I said in front of him, creating a giant scorch ball before throwing it at him.
“What!? No, I don’t want to die!” The thing yelled before getting swallowed by my scorch ball, incinerating him in seconds.

“that was harder than I thought,” Stacy said, dusting off her hands and looking down at the unconscious kitsu in a giant crater.
“Stacy, was that needed?” I said, walking to Stacy while cracking my knuckles.
“ah, kayda, what are you doing,” Stacy said, looking at me nervously.
“ah, I don’t know, maybe I want to beat someone up.”
“you can’t use too much mana. You will still be needed.” Stacy yelled, trying to bargain with me, but alas, it fell on deaf ears.
