Ryjin- Actually I do this universe in this dimension in this galaxy has what is a Galactic council Yet it's run by only 3 main race's Who doesn't like sharing their council power but with my empire, we can share some of are Older more Your LVL of tech in return for information on your race people culture and such Also I will turn that relay into a Huge defense Gun for earth The galactic council don't like race's activating them things so we will bypass that by Stripping it turning it into a Huge defense Base with a Great Defence Gun that shall act as a Space station for your sh.i.p.s to dock and to defend your homeworld,And my empire can give you a Tech that will enable you to travle this galexy at will with no restrictions Its called Gate travle The ship would make a Great Gate in space and instantanisly send said ship to its destination Its not are best but its a tech of your lvl thats old to us This we can offer and in return we would like to claim a wolrd here in this dimension and universe if you accept i will agree to all your Alliance terms and we shall be true allies.

Ryjin walks back threw the Hull and Smiles at the council and Smiles I hope this is a good show of what I mean by God even tho this is only a small show But a show none the less also the base is fully up and running and has its own energy supply that will never run out it can House over 10 million soldiers and also around 150 million workers and that includes the Operators.
The defense weapons are all range from Missles to Energy to plasma to bullets you can also change them out later to keep the station up to the times Also it can dock around 1000 sh.i.p.s of your alliance size and around 100 of my empires warsh.i.p.s It has a Beaming tech on it so getting people on and off is easy and no travel time due to you need no shuttle The shield is also of better grade and quality I could have 100 of my warsh.i.p.s Bombard the station and it would hold for around 7 days however if I had a titan or a Capital titan attack then the shield would be useless hahaha.
from there it took a good few days before the council finally came out of there Shock Admiral Anderson and Hacket were informed by Ryjin that the station is fully operational and also can act as the military's Main base the 2 admirals got to work on having people beamed to the station to start getting it operating fully They also found the station had its own Hydroponics area to supply the station with food and water so it was basically a mini world in its self, after about 2 weeks Ryjin had also Had 10 of there sh.i.p.s have the Gate engine installed in them and where now Blitzing threw the galaxy exploring and learning Earth as a whole and all humanity had been informed of the Draconis empire and there great help and Openness towards The alliance the people loved this new tech it helped them so much and There military and also civilian sides underwent a Boom in growth and power Ryjin had some extra sh.i.p.s come from Draconis to mass effect dimension now he had around 11 Dragon guard warsh.i.p.s.
