Chapter 105: New Skill Tree

Aside from the treasures that seemed like fine pieces of equipment, there were also some Ability Cores.
Although those like Albert did not drop one, Luciliano, Verto, and most of the other humans that were killed did indeed had some, and Albert carried even more that he had acquired when he killed the other parties of students.
With these, Noah could have enough to get one new Skill or perhaps two on the Level III Skill Tree Branch.
However, Noah decided to let his subordinates keep with the Ability Cores they got from the ones they killed while keeping the ones that Albert had and the ones from Luciliano and Verto.
"It should be good that all of you evolved for now. Clementina is going to take her time and I will keep an eye on you as you evolve, so sit on the floor and evolve," said Noah.
"Oh, right, well, it's a good idea," said Arthur.
"Right, very well…" said Jon.
"I have finished a large amount of food, so I feel like I have stockpiled enough energy…" said Timassa.
"Okay…" said Adamantine.
"What I hate about evolution is that it freaking hurts! …Well, not like we have not been torn apart in the dungeons before, but still!" said Iris.
"Just do it," said Noah.
"Fiiine… But if you kiss me…!" said Iris with a grin.
"Now you need conditions to obey me? Who do you think you are?" asked Noah rather coldly, as he approached his lips towards Iris' lips and kissed her passionately, their tongues touched for a while, until their lips finally separated, leaving a thin trail of saliva.
"Hahh… Hahh…" groaned Iris while gasping for air.
"Now evolve. I will create a Blood Barrier through Crimson Aegis to not let sounds get out of here, so even if it hurts you can scream all you want," said Noah, creating a blood barrier by combining Blood Control and Aegis.
"Fuuu… Okay then…" sighed Iris, she was a bit overwhelmed by Noah's kiss, but decided to obey her future husband as she closed her eyes and began her evolution, quickly being enveloped in blue phantasmal flames that formed a sort of cocoon.
The rest of his subordinates did the same, getting covered in cocoons of their different elements, which made Noah find the process rather interesting, it seemed that it was just as the Blood Progenitor had said, and any Vampire with a Blood Core slowly developed their own element.
Iris Blood Core Element seemed to be Phantom.
Arthur Blood Core Element was either Corrosion or Dark Light, or both.
Timassa Blood Core Element was Black Thunder.
Adamantine Blood Core Element was Darkness and Shadows.
Jon Blood Core Element was Curse.
And Noah himself seemed to be Blood Element.
Noah also believed that Clementina would develop into Ice Element similarly to Sakura, but even better as she had the Ice Queen Skill.
"It seems that you are brighter than I thought… And to think that you have acquired a power not even I had! What is even Blood Servant?! That is something I did never develop! That power… you made it yourself?! I can't believe that a talentless human like you could ever do such a thing!" roared the Blood Progenitor, as Noah finally freed him from his mind chamber.
Mind Chamber was a special technique that Noah had made through the evolution and new powers of his soul, which let him imprison the Blood Progenitor's mind inside a mental chamber, this way, he would not annoy him every time, and Noah could have some peace of mind.
Also, he would not be sharing his mind with him whenever he had intercourse with Iris, which was something he found horrible to even think about…
"Oh? So this power is not originally yours? Interesting… So this is a power I made for myself? Perhaps the combination of the System and the Blood Core made it very different from your powers, or the powers themselves are shaping into what I want…? Well, whatever it is, it is good for me, so do not get all angry over it. I am making sure to use your powers well enough!" laughed Noah.
"Tch! …So now you are C-Rank… and have gotten that woman at your side? Do you really think that having a partner will help you? "W-What? H-How did you… know?!" asked the Blood Progenitor, it seemed that Noah guessed right.
"I've already been seeing over your memories, what a sad life… But it is all valuable information and experiences. Don't worry, all such experiences are mine now, and I will make sure to not commit them," said Noah.
"Grr…! This is a violation of my privacy! I thought we had a deal about that!" cried the Blood Progenitor.
"Well, never believe a liar like me," laughed Noah.
"What am I going to do now? I am really just… hopelessly left as a book for you to read and find info?! Is this… everything I have become…?" sighed the Blood Progenitor.
"Well, you tried to take over my body before, so it serves you right. Now go to sleep," said Noah, as he used Mind Chamber to entrap the consciousness of the Blood Progenitor once more.
"Damn it!" groaned the Blood Progenitor, as Noah was left by himself once more.
"8 E-Rank Ability Cores and 1 D-Rank Ability Core… enough for some Points," thought Noah, absorbing them all and receiving the Skill Points immediately.

Noah glanced at the new Skill Tree, which was filled with new and interesting-sounding Skills, however, he noticed that the prices increased a lot compared to the previous two branches.
"Perhaps this is because my strength had increased significantly after evolving? Well, not like C-Rank Ability Cores would not give me a good amount of Skill Points whenever I get my hands into one… For now, let us fill the first thing on the list," sighed Noah, as he maxed the first thing, so he could later unlock the Additional Abilities.
