Chapter 230: Hydra's Might

The gigantic hydra beast fell over the pool of poison, Noah had received the boost of everyone's souls alongside their aid in battle, and had struck down the beast with a single Vampiric Blast!
"I suppose that it was merely a Hidden Boss…" laughed Noah, smiling cheekily as he pointed his claws at the floating corpse and began to absorb all of its blood, drinking it all, and seeking to acquire the bloodline!
"Oh~! You're getting another bloodline?" asked Iris at Noah's side with expectation, she had become a fan of her husband as well, and often was kept up to date of his progress… In simple terms, she enjoyed seeing his power-up.
"That's right, watch," said Noah as he acted cool with his wife, drinking the last drop of blood as he felt his entire body tremble, however instead of discomfort, a wicked smile emerged on his face as he resisted the pain and began to assimilate the power into his body and blood!
FLASH!
A sudden aura of purple color emerged around Noah, as he finally managed to acquire the bloodline.
Ding!
[Poisonous Hydra Emperor] Bloodline Assimilated!]
[You learned the [Hydra's Might] Bloodline Trait!]
[Hydra's Might: Enhances all Stats by 3%]
"Interesting…" thought Noah, glancing at his stats but finding no changes, it seemed that such enhancements didn't show directly in the status panel but were clearly present, as he felt them over his body and mind.
Iris immediately noticed the powerup within Noah's entire body, his muscles had clearly become a bit stronger, and his aura more intimidating. This only made her admire him more.
"Now, let's not waste much time… Rise," said Noah, now he was able to rise Blood Soul Servants without even needing their blood, he simply needed their souls, pour a bit of his own blood, and make them up!
FLASH!
The soul of monstrous Hydra quickly began to mutate, generating crimson-red phantom and raising from the dead!
The creature roared with its various heads, emerging out of the puddle of poison and lowering its head before Noah.
"Grand Elite General as well, excellent," said Noah.
"With this one guy should we worry anymore? Also, where's the door for the Boss?" wondered Arthur.
"A door? We'll probably not get any, it might emerge after we trigger a threshold… for now, let's continue slaughtering monsters!" said Noah.
"Alright!" said Iris as everyone else nodded.
Noah and company continued advancing through the Poisonous Lake, cleaning the monsters that emerged, which were simply the same as before.
Noah used his various capabilities to massacre the monsters that came into his path, as his soul kept expanding into enormous and monstrous tentacles, unleashing rains of elemental soul jewels that left constant explosions before his sight, corpses that quickly turned into more and more blood servants, rays of the unknown, downpours of debuffing blood, red and black tentacles from the outer plane, and slashing claw attacks!
Excalibur also fought mostly independently, flying around like a flashing meteor shrouded in dark and crimson-red energy, its blade slicing through everything with amazing precision.
The giant Poisonous Eel Leader was crushed by Noah and his party's might, enormous flaming spheres of phantasmal blue flames fell over the beasts, alongside cracking black thunder shaped as arrows that exploded and electrocuted the flesh of the monsters, and claws of shadows torn their flesh apart.
Noah noticed as Iris continued to increase in power and the precision of her abilities, her Soul-Beast became even more monstrous and savage, resembling a gigantic phantom fox made of blue and purple flames, roaring furiously as it tore apart anything it came into contact.
Her flames were also able to turn the scales of the beasts into ashes slowly, and when she roasted alive the giant fireflies, Noah noticed that there was tender white flesh inside, which he tasted and found surprisingly delicious.
The army of blood continued to grow stronger as they clashed against the near-endless army of poisonous beasts, the blood was quickly overpowering the poison!
As Noah finally sensed some presences emerge, he and everyone else quickly stopped their tracks!
SPLASH! SPLASH! SPLASH!
"This… Three now?!" asked Arthur in surprise.
"This is a good challenge, don't you think, Arthur-sama?" asked Timassa.
"Hm… Let's do our best," said Clementina.
"Time to play~!" said Adamantine.
In front of the group, three Poisonous Hydra Hidden Bosses appeared!
Unlike Beelzebub's Dungeon, this Dungeon seemed rather repetitive and held similar Bosses, without them somehow being intelligent beings trapped inside, but perhaps simply wildlife.
This also meant that this mere wildlife was stronger than those beings who had said to live for hundreds of years?!
It was rather insane!
It seemed that whatever this world really was, it was filled with monstrous beings that challenged common sense!
Or well, Noah and everyone within his group was the real monsters here, as they were making these creatures despair!
"Very well then…! Let's take them down one by one. Blood Servants, distract the two to the left, we'll take the one to the far right!" said Noah, as the Blood Servants, which were an impressive army of hundreds, rushed towards the two Hidden Bosses, instantly overwhelming them through the sheer amount of creatures of all shapes and sizes coming after them!
Although the Hydras' bites and slashes from their claws were enough to destroy them, they kept regenerating almost endlessly, while the strong Eel leaders and the Hydra Blood Servants, alongside the Deadly Sin Generals, were strong enough to withstand their power!
Even more, as the Blood Servants gathered together into masses of the blood of formless shapes that constantly extended claws, jaws, and tentacles everywhere, they were able to become so big they matched the beasts, and through their constantly regenerating masses, they were holding up to the incredibly well!
Noah smiled as he saw the Blood Servants working splendidly, as he led everyone with Iris at his side against the Hydra at the far right, which already began to charge a beam attack with its various heads!
FLASH!
Suddenly, five beams of purple-colored energy were directed at Noah and company, however, Noah and everyone around him concentrated their souls into their weapons, and unleashed a barrage of attacks, clashing against the beams and slicing through them!
Explosions of phantom blue flames, shadows, black lightning, blacklight, freezing ice, curse rays, and powerful blood and dark energy flashed against the beams, dissipating them as the Vampires darted into the airs, flashing and separating each other, so the beams wouldn't be able to completely target them all!
The Hydras became confused as to who to target, the heads began to unleash beams everywhere, while also summoning poison beasts!
Noah saw as everyone used their abilities to annihilate the beasts and evade the beam, as he unleashed his spectral blood demon guardian and using its gigantic fists and claws to slash and crush through the poison beasts, while evading the beams that constantly rosed through his body, sometimes even catching him, easily breaking his defenses and blasting away a limb or two, which quickly regenerated like nothing!
Everyone was playing the same thing, trying to evade while ultimately losing a few limbs, but always making sure to protect their heads!
Through this incredibly reckless tactic where they abused their amazing regeneration factor, the Vampires pulled through, reaching the Hydra, and ravaging its heads, one by one began to explode into pieces by their fierce attacks, as Noah finished it off by targeting the area where all the heads connected, seemingly being a weak area with a Vampiric Blast!
"Disappear!" roared Noah, as the Hydra exploded into pieces! Blood, flesh, shattered bones, and more flew in all directions, splatterig all over!
BOOOOM!!!
