Chapter 249: An Unexpected Visit

-----

Now that Noah was done with this second Skill Tree, he only had 1000 Lifeblood Points left, which he decided to save, for now, fusing Skills and creating new Lifeblood Jewels could be done with these points, but he wouldn't be able to get into the Abilities due to the initial cost of unlocking them.

Although there could be the chance for him to pick up the two first Abilities of the other Skill Tree, the Vampire King's Spirit, he decided that such a thing was not completely necessary and that he would be able to get into this in the next days to come.

It was around 9 PM and his subordinates were actively working in clearing all of the Dungeon Gates spread over Sector D while surprising the people and raising the popularity of the Noctem Family.

Noah's desire to conquer the world had not gone anywhere, and it was still fervently blazing within his malicious heart.

He had made up a plan, which he would begin to make this very night.

It was simple. Any Vampiric Undead that was converted by him or any of his subordinates became loyal to him, and through the bloodline connection, he was able to suppress them if they were to ever rebel. Now that his power had skyrocketed into someone of SSS-Rank, it was easy for him to spread his large Guild across the Sector overnight and infect the people to become his subordinates.

In Sector D Noah calculated that there were around 200.000 people or so, and he had continuously spread his Vampiric bloodline through a large group, which he continuously recruited from the slums, where there were the most people. All of those people that needed shelter and someone to give them a hand was an easy target for Noah, as he "blessed" them with his bloodline and converted them into powerful Vampiric Undead Soldiers.

Noah desired to make as many people as possible, after all, through Bloodline Soul, he was able to get Skill Points, or better said, Lifeblood Points from their beliefs, prayers, and devotion, as he grew stronger and blessed more people with his bloodline. His soul had already acquired a pseudo-divine state, and he was getting power similar to a god who gets prayed upon by the people.

What could happen if he were to convert 200.000 people? Wouldn't he get an insane amount of points from them every day?

However, there was a problem, food.

Vampiric Undead need food, after all, their primary food is blood. Although they can eat normal food and monster meat which is the most nutritious alongside their blood, delicious human blood is always a must.

However, Noah didn't need to care about this at all, and he should simply convert everyone he could find.

Why?

It was obvious. At his current state, Noah's blood could flow and generate endlessly as long as he used Mana or Soul Energy.

This means that he can feed his Elixir Blood, which is the most delicious blood and the favorite meal of all his Vampiric Subordinates, to everyone he converts without a problem, and not even care about keeping blood banks stupidly.

He was going big, and he desired to simply expand his Vampiric family through the entire world!

A planet of Vampires!

How much power and points could Noah draw if he were to have an entire planet's worth of Vampires serving him and worshiping him as the Vampire God?

By simply thinking about it, Noah couldn't help but smile deviously, like a complete sicko.

But even if his plans were evil, his intentions were good! He was a good man after all… Right?

In the end, if the world were going to come to an end soon due to the Watchers, why wouldn't he use this opportunity to save all of the humans and subhumans within? Isn't he the nicest man by doing such a good deed? Noah will become the savior of humanity by converting them all into Vampiric Undead, how noble of him!

But Noah wanted to hurry up with his plans, letting his subordinates convert everyone bite by bite would cause too much of a commotion…

He decided to do some malicious things before dinner, as he quickly jumped out of the window of the manor and flew like mist into the night sky.

Noah's proficiency in Blood Magic had increased, and he was also able to use his own blood for it.

He was also able to make his own blood a mist that people could breathe and consume.

And by consuming his blood, people could either convert into Dhampirs, Ghouls, or Wights randomly, as he had tested this before with the people of the slums which he rescued every single day.

Can you tell where this is going?

Noah thought: "Why don't I just make a blood mist with my own blood, and force everyone to inhale it across the entire Sector? Wouldn't that turn everyone into a Vampiric Undead immediately?".

And indeed, it was a genius and malicious plan that only the most devilish of villains could come out with! He was completely going to break the rules once more and do as he pleased, as he has always done!

He couldn't have been able to do it until now, because his blood had changed into something else, way more resilient, vicious, and powerful. Before he had evolved, it wouldn't have worked because his blood wasn't strong enough and its effects would dilute after expanding for so long as mist.

But now that he was a Level 8 Vampire with an SSS-Rank Existence Realm, his blood was enormously strong and could convert anyone below his level of power.

And because he was, quite literally, at the pinnacle of this world… wouldn't this work amazingly?

However, as Noah flew over the city, he suddenly felt the presence of an S-Rank moving to his property.

He glared down below, it was a man with long blonde hair and aquamarine eyes, who rode over an expensive flying car.

"Who is this?" wondered Noah, as he flew down below while being mist.

The man walked into the door of the house and began to knock.

Noah quickly went inside his property again to greet him, and quite possibly catch this fish who willingly came to his plate.
