Chapter 254: A Terrific Power

After eliminating the driver who might have tried to call for help, Noah quickly jumped over the rooftops of the buildings of Sector D.
While bathing before the moonlight, Noah felt rather comfortable, so a natural smile emerged on his lips, as he began to infuse mana into his body and then the outside world, mentally conjuring several Blood Attribute Spells.
Flash! Flash! Flash! Flash!
Each magic circle emerged one after another, each one was of crimson-red colors, flashing with several runes, and beginning to slowly concentrate large quantities of mana within.
"Blood Vacuum…" said Noah, as he conjured the powerful Skill, Blood Vacuum, which absorbed blood inside magic circles.
Then, Noah started to release his blood, converting it into blood mist, and fusing it with the magic circles.
The bloody crimson-red mist was made by Noah's Blood Mist Skill, paired up with the Blood Gas Spell of the Blood Attribute Magic he had learned by himself through the last week of training magic.
Through the combination of these two, a ghastly red mist emerged out of his wrist wounds, entering the crimson-red magic circles.
And then, Noah used another Spell.
"Blood Duplication, Blood Duplication, Blood Duplication."
Three times, he conjured on his mind Blood Duplication, the maximum amount one could conjure this interesting spell which duplicated a quantity of blood, even if it were made into the mist. The crimson-red magic circles also counted as containers of blood, and quickly duplicated the blood three times within the vacuum space inside of such circles!
Flash! Flash! Flash!
Noah glanced back at the magic circles as they shone brightly, the amount of blood mist stored here which he had duplicated three times was more than enough to convert everyone in this city into Dhampirs, Ghouls, or Wights randomly.
"Hm… The only missing thing is… Oh, what if I include Iris Blood? She has become a Vampire as well…" thought Noah, as he called Iris through Telepathic Network, she accepted happily to help, and she was summoned at his side through Kin Summon.
Iris emerged at Noah's side with a cute and devilish smile, showing her sharp teeth as her large and beady crimson-red eyes gleamed with malice, she seemed interested in what her malicious husband was crafting tonight!
Noah had already told everyone that he was going to do this, but when she was called, she really got quite happy, she now had front-row seat to see the entire Sector D where she grew up convert into Vampiric Undead! How amusing!
"Ah, Noah! Want me to help~?" asked Iris while winking.
"Yes, Iris. Now that you're a Vampire, I wanted to test if your blood could enhance this process, so feel free to give me some," said Noah, as Iris nodded like the obedient wife she was, quickly opening her wrists open as blood began to be poured, a strange type of blood with phantasmal properties!
"Hm… Interesting…" thought Noah, as he quickly converted the blood into gas through Blood Gas, and added it to the mix.
The Blood of Iris possessed strange, phantasmagoric properties that seemed rather ghastly and strange as if they were sometimes transparent and others they were not… it was intriguing to think if there could be some interesting changes into the Vampiric Undead that were to raise from this blood combined with Noah's blood.
"I can't help but feel rather excited!" said Iris, as she seemed hysterical.
"Very well, that's the spirit! Now, let's watch the show," said Noah, grabbing Iris hips tenderly as she rested her head over his shoulder, the two Vampires watched as Noah spread the magic circles all over Sector D, and then opened them, releasing the enormous quantities of crimson-red mist over the entire population in mere seconds!
Flash! Flash! Flash! Flash!

Suddenly, the magic circles opened, releasing the red mist everywhere, they covered the tallest buildings first, slowly making their way down into the ground, where very few people were on the streets, as most of the population was now sleeping inside their houses or apartments.
"Eh? What is that red mist?"
"So strange…"
"Ugh… is this toxic?!"
"It tastes weird… wait, it has a taste?! Run!"
However, those unfortunate to see this spectacle watched with horror as some people began to quickly mutate, falling over the ground and coughing.
"Cough…! Cough…!"
"GGRRUAARRGGH!"
"Aggghhh…! IT HURTS! IT HURTSSSSS!"
Others began to immediately scream in pain, while others became savage, beast-like Undead, devouring each other or people that had yet to evolve!
"GRRYYAARR! FLESH! FRESH FLESH!"
"Help meeee!"
"Stop! UAAAGGH…!"
This wasn't unexpected, they knew that there would be some more… wild than others, Vampiric Undead personalities often varied. There were the submissive and calm ones, the malicious and sadistic ones, the crazy and devoted ones, and the wild and animalistic ones.
It was obvious that the later ones might eat a few people, but as more became Vampiric Undead, these occurrences quickly came to an end, as each Vampiric Undead that served the same lord instinctively treated and saw each other as allies.
The mist continued its curse as thousands of people continued to transform one after another, some of the flying cars began to fall over the ground, but they were quickly caught by the group of Blood Servants and Vampires that Noah spread around Sector D, stopping any stupid accident that might take too many lives, such as people suddenly transforming while riding a car and suddenly killing a bunch of people that had yet to transform, and so on.
The red mist entered the houses as well quite slowly, but steadily.
As the hours went by, the screams of the people continued, it was a lot of people indeed, but Noah had made sure to not let anyone escape, seeing everyone transform thoroughly…
The people inside the buildings began to transform quickly after, and Noah noticed as his power quickly began to rise exponentially, the power of connecting thousands of people into his Bloodline Soul was insane!
When the sun rose, Noah quickly spread a mist using his Mist body Skill, covering the direct sunlight from touching the recently awakened, as he quickly emerged above the skies, and decided to speak to his new army, who quickly noticed him, thousands glared at him with devotion and insanity!
