Chapter 479 - The Blood Progenitor Is Back

What emerged before Noah's eyes was a beautiful red jewel, the second strongest jewel he had now at Great Deity-Grade. It emanated a powerful aura from within it, resembling a massive legion of souls stitched together into this mass of phantasmal red energy. Massive bat-like wings were there too, extending around the jewel as if the entire thing was alive.
Noah exerted his pressure over it, grabbing the jewel and forcing it to submit to him… In a mere instant, the entire jewel which was acting rather rebel against him calmed down and finally stopped moving, its connection to his soul strengthening itself several times…
Now that it was finally upgraded, Noah decided to look into it once more, there were three new abilities inside of it, but above that, the other abilities had been enhanced as well, as their effects had suffered an amazing increase in power.
Even more, the already existing summons within this jewel which were present right now within his divine realm all received an enhancement to their power, as Noah ordered them to absorb the Cores he had saved for them, everyone quickly raised to Great God of Rank 1!
Noah knew that there was something within the Great God Ranks that differentiated them from one another, unlike Gods or below whose power between ranks was usually not so much, the difference in power between a Great God at Rank 1 and one at Rank 3 was immense! A Rank 3 Great God would easily be able to destroy a Rank 1 Great God, this is why, although their limit was Rank 1 as of now, he needed all his summons to reach this, because it was never enough.
Noah had also worried that his Dragon-type summons wouldn't work on his army of Undead and so on sometimes, but they were still all Dragon-type, and even more, the recent Dragon Blessing Ability he got could even grant such a type to non-dragon-types! The three new abilities seemed utterly demonic in names and were in fact rather intriguing as well, Noah couldn't help but look at them with great interest as he quickly decided to check them out… he firstly realized, however, that there were once more two more Summon Abilities.
He didn't mind this, more allies meant more power, especially powerful summons, but he began to wonder if Gaia and the Blood Progenitor had a fetish for summons.
Anyways, the first Ability within the list of new Abilities was nobody else than… wait, the Blood Progenitor himself?!

[Vicious Vampire Blood Progenitor Overlord Summon (700/700)]
Channel the power of a Summoner that you innately possess, summoning the powerful Blood Progenitor for battle. The powerful ruler of the many Vampires that he once led and enslaved will not come alone, as the wailing souls of his servants will accompany him, a horde of 100 Vampires of varied shapes and sizes would emerge whenever this unit is summoned. The power of this unit is incredibly strong as well, being as high as Rank 2 of Great God Realm.
As long as the Blood Progenitor is in battle, all his Stats and resistance to other elemental laws are enhanced by +1% with each ally around 1 kilometer from him, meanwhile every Blood and Undead-type allies around it will receive an enhancement to their stats of and elemental defenses by +10000% plus an additional +1% for each slain enemy, while Blood-type damage will double in damage and can drain 80% of damage dealt. Those allies that are not Undead-type will gain this type temporarily as long as they're close to the Summon.

The first and most powerful Ability he had seen emerged before him, as Noah began to wonder if the Blood Progenitor had truly decided to just infilter into the Lifeblood Jewel and become a Summon!
"Oi, Griffin, is this your thing?" he asked.
"Huh? What? So this is the connection I suddenly felt! Ah… Well, I had already been given a physical body like the one you can see now… How odd, will you summon an alter ego of my own? Wait, Gaia, did you do this?!" asked the Blood Progenitor, as Gaia began to giggle a bit.
"Fufu, indeed! I had to do it, after all you're pretty strong, Griffin. Well, your Origin was, so I quickly bind you to the jewel and made you into a Summon! Don't worry, whenever you're summoned your mind divides in two, you can still be here while controlling your summon, fufu." Laughed Gaia.
"Y-You damn woman!" Griffin felt frustrated that Gaia had played him like this, but Noah seemed to like it.
"Good! I see how it is. It doesn't look nor sound too bad to me. It appears that there will be a lot of fun if this is the case… With the Blood Progenitor joining the ranks, I am expecting great things of you, Griffin. You better put to use all those amazing skills you always brag about having…" said Noah.
"Sigh… Fine, just summon me already, I will try to be of more use." Sighed Griffin.
