Today is the date!

The festival will be held from next Friday to Sunday. Today is Saturday, which means there is only one week left. The decorations are already pretty much ready, and I’ve got the recipe from the manager.
Well then, I wonder what I should do today.
It’s a date. Koyomi invited me to one, first she’s going to get me to cut my hair. And in addition to that, she said she would like me to wear contact lenses until the school festival ends.
We have already reserved a place, so we will be shopping until then.
For now we are going to go buy some clothes.
“Koyomiー?”
“What’s the matter?”
“The time, when should we start going?”
“Umm, let’s see………we have around 1 hour and 30 minutes left.”
“I see. Thank you.”
“Un!”
Around 1 hour and 30 minutes huh…….
It’s pretty close to this shopping centre so I guess it’s okay.
“Heyーheyー! Look here, which one do you think is good?”

What Koyomi was showing was a jacket, she was lost as to whether she should choose the black or the white one.
“Why don’t you buy both?”
“But you are treating me for this.”
The expenses incurred during the date was paid by me every single time. At first Koyomi tried to stop me, but lately that has decreased.
It would be bad if I were to ask her to pay for it this time, and I have extra money along with savings anyways. So I said that I will be paying this time as well.
Changing my mind after saying I will treat her would be pathetic after all………..
Although because of that, Koyomi seemed like she was trying to be considerate.
“I told you to stop being so reserved, right? Many times in fact.”
“After all, the price this time is different………..”
“This time too regarding the haircut, even though I didn’t say anything you went out of your way to arrange it right? I was always in your care, so take this as my gratitude.”

“Alright I understand. Then why don’t Koyomi pick what she likes? I’ll buy the other one as a gift.”

“It’s completely different. Buying a gift and treating someone to something is completely different. In the first place, you were always giving me something, and I haven’t gave you anything in return…..You don’t need to worry about it.”

“What about Kouyou….. you won’t buy some clothes?”

“Well even so, we came all the way here, if Koyomi is going to pick for me then I will buy it!”

“Fine, but only one okay. The rest I’ll buy it myself.”

Koyomi looks like she’s having fun when she says that this fits meー!
Shopping might surprisingly not be a bad idea either………..
Lately I feel as if I’m starting to enjoy Koyomi’s company more.
It was a feeling that I never had before. I still don’t know whether these feelings are of a romantic sort or not though.
Even so, I feel like it might be closer to anything I’ve felt before.
I feel like we’re going outside the border of friends and going into seeing each other as the opposite sex.

I can’t really speak for others……….
I couldn’t help but smile.
I guess I’m going to tease her a little bit………..
