"I can create five at most, but I can keep creating them infinitely as long as they keep getting killed, why are you asking, you seem happy"
"Of course, I'm going to use them for training and target practice" Alex smirked as had found the perfect sparing partner.
"Even for target practice they are merely cannon fodder and you won't actually try hard"
"Just create them, I definitely need more combat skills so I'll gain more fighting experience through this" Alex said.
"Okay" Jessica spoke as she sat on the ground, she placed her hands on the ground again and four more ice golem was created close to the first one.
All of them were low level so they'll die if they take a hit or two but Alex wasn't going to use his daggers, Alex raised both his fists as he watched the golem.
"You said something about using a potion to boost your magic, how does it work?" Alex asked.
"The potion I have is specially designed for me, it's not going to work for other mages, that's how I designed it," Jessica said.
"If you take the potion how strong do you become? give me an example"
"An example!!! okay I got one, I was the one that iced this cave, I made a potion for myself that makes my ice almost unbreakable and resistant to fire, it's almost like a crystal but it's still ice" Jessica said with a smile on her face.
She liked the look on Alex's face cause he was surprised, she was the one that iced the entire cave.
"So that's why, I was wondering why the Ice wouldn't melt, so this is your power, if you have enough of the potion then you would be able to change the tide of battle"
"I don't use it much, after using the potion I pass through excruciating pain after I'm done fighting, something it's unbearable"
"Pain...is that the risk of the potion? can't you work a way around it or make it less painful"
"I've tried but it failed, I'm not a fighter or anything like that so don't worry, I don't use the potion that much, only when really needed, and if you want to start the training we should start now" Jessica spoke and the first golem took a step forward.
"You can control the golem?" Alex asked.
"I can only control two at a time, I just give the other three commands like attack him or defend him, but the two I control have increased speed than the others"
"Okay, I'm ready" Alex took a deep breath and before he could charge all the golems were already running toward him.
Alex smiled as he also charged forward, from the way they ran he could tell they were low leveled golems with little agility but two stood out of the rest as they were in front.
Alex knew those two in front were personally controlled by Jessica, Alex stopped running and moved sideways so their fight wouldn't affect the potions on Jessica's table or the two sleeping beauties on the icy ground.
Alex was using his fists so he knew the damage he would deal wouldn't be much but the golems were weak so he could defeat them with his fists.
Alex narrowed his gaze as the first two golems finally reached him, immediately they swung their heavy fists towards him, Alex jumped backward and immediately aimed at one of the golems.
He swooped back in and used his fists to aim at the golem's jaws, with one powerful strike Alex gave the golem an uppercut and sent the head of the golem flying.

"Huh!! what happened, are the golem that weak?" Alex faced Jessica.
"They aren't that weak, you just happened to find their weak spot in a single hit, if any part of their body is broken, the ice forms it back after a few seconds but if their head gets separated from the body, they are dead" Jessica explained.
"You should have told me, these golems are only good as cannon fodder" Alex spoke as he turned around.
*Boom*
The timing of the punch couldn't be any better, as soon as Alex turned around the second golem punched his face and sent him rolling on the icy ground.

Alex rolled on the ground before finally stopping, he held his jaws as he stood up from the ground.
"Ouch...that was painful" Alex complained.
"You underestimated your opponent, they don't have speed but they have power so if you allow a hit to get to you, that's the result" Jessica chuckled.
When Alex turned around to speak to her, she slowly brought the golem close and set the golem's fist in the air waiting for the right time.
"Okay now you have done it, I'll finish this quickly" Alex spoke.
"You can try," Jessica said as she focused more Mana on controlling the golem, she was able to control all five of them at once but it requires more concentration and she was ready to put in the shift.
Two golem's ran in front as usual while the remaining three ran behind them but this time they ran close to each other and one of the golems was hiding behind the one in front.
Alex didn't think much about it as he focused on the golems in front of him, he was going to finish the two in front with uppercuts and then attack the ones in the back.
Alex dashed toward the golems and stopped right in front of them, before the golem could react Alex used both of his fists to punch the golem's heads off.
'Wow...his agility is top notch, but I have something up my sleeves too'
The golems in front fell as soon as their heads were removed but what happened next was unexpected, Alex couldn't react as one of the golems moved at an insane speed toward him.
