They knew?

Is it that mean they also could use it as how he use it?

Or it just a common knowledge that mean nothing to them?

Fujimura stood from his seat and swept his eyes toward the surrounding.

If they had been utilizing the just like how he did it, one of them should at least hold an iron sword or other kind that shared the same value with it, because he got the item the moment he began the game. Moreover they shouldn't be that surprise by the magnificent power he previously showed off because they could achieve it the same way he did.

Is it that mean, they just knew about it? Or she said it out of her wits?

"Saeko," he sat back and said in a low tone.

"Hm?" the kendoist woman tilted her head.

"Regarding , how much do you knew about it?" the glass young man spoke slowly.

"Well, it's a thing where you keep your stuff?" she knitted her eyes and declined her head.

"So in your mind, is the same as an invisible bag?" Fujimura secretly relieved.

"Yeah, is that suppose to be something else?"

"Let's just keep it that way, now, can you also use it?"

"Of course not, you are the only one can," there is no change on her expression.

"You never question about it?" Fujimura raised his eyebrows.

"Why would I?" Saeko frowned, her eyes squinted.

"No, no, there is no need to ponder, now, for the last question, how do you know that the gear I put is new?" his head reached out to her chin and tilted her head to face him.

"You just equip it... now?" her tone filled with doubt.

Fujimura slid his lips, he stared at her eyes for quite sometimes as if searching what lies ahead. After he made sure the confusion she had is real, he released his tense while letting go her chin.

"Fujimura, what's in your mind?" the young lady sensed her peerage had problem.

"No, I am fine, anyway, here..." he coolly said and put Kotatsu on her hand.

"You give it to me?" she widened her eyes, drilling her sight toward the almost human sized katana then eyeing him again.

"Yes, I have a spare, and I also want to try something," he accessed , then equipped his buckler and Ashura.

The round shield hung on his left forearm and a katana with length slightly shorter than Iron Sword grasped by his right hand.

"Thank you..." Saeko smiled beautifully as she held Kotatsu on her bosom.

Fujimura stayed still, how many times she had captured his motion only by just smiling like that?

"Here try this," he regained his bearing, taking off the shield from his forearm, he offered it to her along with Ashura.

"Eh, do you also giving this to me?" she wrinkled her eyebrows.

"No, I am not, just put this on, then handed the Kotatsu back to me," his tone had the sense of urgency.

Saeko unable to understand his intention but she did it nonetheless. She placed Kotetsu on her lap then grabbed the buckler, she put in on her left forearm then she accepted Ashura, placing it also on her lap, she lifted Kotatsu and gave it to Fujimura.

...

He instantly felt the heaviness on his arm and he supported the sword with his another hand, he nodded his head in satisfaction, this mean he could have both Ashura, Kotetsu, and the buckler out on the field, and he could switch on using the item without have to access the menu again. This solve his problem in case he was in dire need of different type of weapon. But the problem was he or Saeko had to let go the equipment first before they accepted the other or the shield might disappeared again.

No matter, it's just a trivial thing anyway.

They both exchanged weapon again, Saeko had Kotetsu and Fujimura wore the shield with Ashura.

"We should get to move now..." from their behind, Saya had spoken while raising her glasses.

"Yeah, I see them on the horizon..." Kohta lifted his gun, his face became fierce.

"Saeko, get Komuro and Miyamoto, told her I punch Shido, she will gladly hop in," Fujimura said after he nodded to the both junior.

The young lady cleverly nodded and walked out from the bus, it only took for several seconds of her departure that they heard a rushed steps, their eyes greeted by the view of the joyful brown haired girl as she jumped in the mini bus and eagerly looked at the behind scene.

Her eyes glittered as she saw the thin and pale teacher who barely conscious, his face had been slightly deformed to the back of his skull but it should enough to prove how hard the punch he received.

The girl twisted on her feet then flashed her smile to Fujimura.

"Hayate-senpai, marvelous job!" she raised her thumb.

"Get into your seat and stop throwing tantrum," the older boy didn't even smirk at her praise.

"OK~" the girl ignored her senior cold treatment and sat back on the couch while stretching.

'What a psycho!' Saya twitched her eyebrows while the fatty boy beside her just awkwardly smiled.

The rest of the survivor also felt the dread for the brown haired girl, although she's not the one with greater strength, but her behavior had creep the hell out of them.

"Now as soon as-" Fujimura glanced to his window and his expression changed. He rushed from his seat and grabbed the busty nurse's.

"Marikawa-sensei, back the mini bus up!"

The nurse startled so did other people, they glanced to the right side of the window and soon terrified expression decorated the entire face of the people.

From the distance of the right path by the mini bus, another bus with much larger in size sped up without any control. It trashed all the abandoned cars that blocked its path and sprang at their direction.

Takashi and Saeko just about to return to the mini bus but the sudden danger from their front ceased their steps and raised their alertness to the highest degree.

Marikawa-sensei without enough time put the reverse gear and backed down the mini bus, luckily, with the help by some unknown force that watched over them, the large bus got one of its wheel slipped on the road, it steered to its right before hitting hard the ground. It's body slid down the path and heading toward the tunnel where Takashi and Saeko resided. The pair immediately dashed to their back and made some distance with the danger ahead.

The bus slammed against the tunnel gate and it exploded in the instant, blasted out Takashi and Saeko.

Fujimura didn't hesitate to exit the mini bus along with Rei on his tail, the path toward the tunnel had been blocked and it's brimming with fire now.

"Saeko, can you hear me?! Saeko, are you fine?!" the flower of fire touched his skin but it didn't stop him from increasing his steps.

"Senpai, stop, it's too dangerous to proceed!" Rei grabbed his sleeve.

"Saeko!" the older boy care not for his junior warning, his mind was too jumbled to give the damn about her.

After a while of blazing flames, they finally heard a coughing sounds from the other side.

"We-we are fine, Fujimura, but we have no way to cross this road..." the purple haired woman had her uniform and her skin dirtied by the dust on the ground, so did Takashi who stood behind her.

"Damn it," Fujimura greeted his teeth and looked around, but his eyes had been taken back to the crash site again as several burning corpse raised from the grave.

It also happened on the side of Takashi and Saeko.

"Senpai, we should go, we can regroup at the East Police Station by 7 PM!"

Saeko nodded with heavy gesture, she looked ahead but its not at the crash site but a person lay behind it. It's impossible for her eyes to perceive his figure since it was blocked by the bus and fire, but it was as if suddenly nothing obstruct her field of vision. Her eyes as if could see the worry face the young man over there displayed.

"Fujimura! Let's rendezvous at the East Police Station, 7 PM!" her shout pushed through the glorified combustion, reaching far to his tunnel of hearing.

The man face darkened a bit, then he faced at the site with a cold face.

"You better be alive... or I'll drag you out from whatever hole that caged you in."

Saeko smiled at his not so romantic words, it wasn't something new for her to hear it from him.

"It's a promise."

Then she and Takashi turned their body around, walking out to the other side of the tunnel.

Fujimura stood there in silent, one zombie already approached him, its burning hand had reached several inches away from him.

*Puchi!*

A figure passed beside his side, she steadied the stick on her hands then stabbed a sharp pointer toward the zombie's forehead. It punctured without any trouble and killed the zombie on the spot.

Even so, Fujimura didn't say anything or compliment the act. After a while he turned around and left the area without saying any word. Rei only stared at his back in silent, then she followed his tail.

They both hoped onto the mini bus before it took another path toward the city.

(***)

The moon had risen by the time they arrived at the city, the mini bus drove between many building while their neon blinked a lustrous light.

Usually at this period of hours, many cars will cramped the grey surface path. Making a long line behind a red traffic light resembling a bunch of bulls await of the cue from the matador's red flag. Left and right side road would fill with pedestrian, looking for an excitement in the night activity or simply searched for a peaceful dine at some blockbuster restaurant.

But now...

No seller who sold the homemade bread revealing their figure inside the small shop they owned, or might rented.

No car with red sign rested atop its roof standby at the side, watching the people to maintain the peace and order they promoted.

No drunk person, swagger his or her way through the midst of crowd, acting like a king or queen then passed out on the bench without any shame.

There is only...

An abandoned car with broken window, a bright light shops but no customer, and a puddle of liquid with its color akin to a high quality red wine.

This road, is lonely...

"Marikawa-sensei, stop by a convenience store, we need to stock some supply first," Fujimura opened his mouth in the midst of silence.

"Yes, yes, I have been hungry since many hours ago and Shidou-sensei also need some medication!" the punk dude bared his voice again.

The sneaky teacher only let out a groan, which received a delight snort from certain brown haired girl.

Shizuka nodded and it's not long for them to find a desired destination. The place looked fine and untouched, maybe because most people wasn't thinking to scavenge yet as their priority is to escape the city or look for government quarantine zone.

Fujimura stood up and settled his gear. Kohta, Saya, and Rei also raised from their respective side. Many survivor hesitated before two male and one girl tagged along.

"Hirano and Miyamoto stayed inside the mini bus, Takagi follow me to get down," Fujimura said before he slid the door open and jumped out.

The group exchanged glances, Saya frowned then she nodded toward Kohta and Rei. The survivor had their expression became unseemly, feeling annoyed of being ignored by the blue haired senior.

Saya carefully stepped out from the mini bus, the night's wind flapped her twin tail hair. Followed by three other student which was one of them is the punk like dude. Fujimura already waited in the front of the store with his arm crossed in front of chest and he leaned against the wall.

"Hold this," Fujimura handed Iron Sword toward the pink haired girl.

"I... should I?" Saya immediately went stiff, her body was shivered a bit.

"You had killed one before, what's the problem?" the young man said without care.

She gritted her teeth and glanced to the side, her trembling hand slowly raised and grasped the handle.

The three survivor felt jealous at her luck for gaining such weapon to defend herself.

Fujimura nodded, he accessed the menu again and took out Ashura. He also had equipped Saya and Hirano as party member. Apparently, being separated from Saeko and Takashi making them unavailable as party member. Even Saeko forcefully being kicked out from the party spot. This somehow made he feel a little bit worry about her, but decided to trust her ability to survive.

Warming up his hands, Fujimura readied his stance before the store's gate.

"Don't get deceive by the appearance, stay up your guard if you want to live, don't expect any help from surrounding," he said as he looked over his shoulder.

The people behind nodded their head.

Fujimura raised his left hand and grabbed one door's handle, he slowly pushed it open.
