I was at a strip club,” Shen Siwei didn’t lie.

Klet averted his gaze from Shen Siwei’s calm profile and looked ahead as he said, “I came back home and found out someone had taken you. Shortly after, I was informed that Barn was dead. His men claimed I killed Barn to take you.

At this point, he turned his head again, and his deep gaze met Shen Siwei’s as he asked, “What are your thoughts on this?”

Shen Siwei blinked, and his long lashes revealed a hint of innocence. “Did you kill Barn?”

The water in the pool suddenly surged, and a massive figure turned over, approaching Shen Siwei. He calmly tilted his chin up, allowing Klet to grip his neck.

“Why did you kill Barn?”

His slender neck was firmly held by the large hand, as if it could break with a gentle squeeze.

Shen Siwei’s delicate milky-white complexion shrank at the pool’s edge, completely overshadowed by Klet’s dominant wheatish skin.

“Are you going to make me keep talk like this?” Shen Siwei struggled to raise his chin, his eyes slightly red as he looked at Klet.

The two of them held their positions for a moment, but in the end, Klet let go.

He retreated to his previous position and glanced at Shen Siwei indifferently. “Who saved you?”

“No one saved me,” Shen Siwei rubbed his neck and said, “When I left, Barn was still alive.”

Klet chuckled softly, carrying a hint of sarcasm, as if implying that Shen Siwei was making up stories again.

“Why would Barn let you go?” Klet’s gaze hinted towards Shen Siwei’s chest. “It’s not like him.”

He certainly knew Barn well. Going through all the trouble of abducting Shen Siwei, he wouldn’t let go that easy.

“I am a negotiator,” Shen Siwei said calmly, without changing his expression. “He wouldn’t dare do anything to me.”

“It’s impossible,” Klet stated firmly. “His men said he willingly disabled the surveillance in the club. Can you guess why?”

“Why?” Shen Siwei casually scooped up a handful of water and splashed it on his shoulder, nonchalantly asking.

Kreit furrowed his brow slightly, clearly disliking Shen Siwei’s feigned ignorance. He decided to ask directly, “Did he touch you?”

“No, it was just negotiation,” Shen Siwei replied. Judging by Klet’s expression, he still didn’t believe it, so Shen Siwei added, “There’s no surveillance here either, and you haven’t touched me either.”

After saying that, he suddenly remembered Klet’s previous words and casually remarked, “Oh, I’m not your type.”

The wrist playing with the pool water was abruptly grabbed, and a strong arm wrapped around his waist, pulling Shen Siwei into a tight embrace.

Warm body temperature pressed against his skin, a heat that Shen Siwei had never experienced before.

“I’ve also said,” Klet lowered his gaze and looked Shen in his arms, his gaze sweeping over the exposed areas without body hair, “I don’t mind trying a different taste.”

Shen Siwei had been completely naked in front of Klet three times in total, but this time, he felt tingles in his body and shy from klet’s gaze.He held Klet’s chest with one hand, pressing his palm  against the gorilla tattoo: “Release me first, and let’s talk.”

The action had no strength behind it, not to mention that Shen Siwei didn’t exert any force at all. His right shoulder rested against Klet’s chest, while his right wrist was held by Klet’s left hand, and there was an arm draped across his waist, preventing him from struggling.

“Why should I release you?” Klet exerted a slight force, pushing Shen Siwei downwards, as if demonstrating how easy it was to make contact.his ass brushed against the hidden bulge, and a flash of anger crossed Shen Siwei’s eyes. He had to use his left hand to hook Klet’s neck, at least allowing his body to rise a bit, away from his crotch.

The two faces suddenly drew close, and if it weren’t for Shen Siwei still wearing a mask and quickly stopping himself, their noses would have touched.

Klet instinctively leaned his head back, as he seemed surprised by Shen Siwei’s sudden proximity, his expression frozen for a moment.

He quickly regained his composure and asked, “So why did Barn let you go?”

“Release me first, then I’ll tell you.”

“I don’t believe Barn would–“

“Release me.”

A tinge of red appeared in his beautiful eyes, and Klet raised an eyebrow in slight surprise, tilting his head and asking, “Your eyes change color too?”

Shen Siwei was taken aback, thinking there might be a glitch in the program. “What?”

The moment of annoyance faded, and the crimson color disappeared with it. Klet tightened his hold on Shen Siwei’s waist, leaning closer to examine him, but he didn’t see the red color in the pale blue irises.

His  beautiful light blue eyes were like a bottomless lake, swirling with vortexes that could captivate anyone.

Seeing how close klet was,, Shen Siwei was also a little surprised. What was going on with the gang leader?

When he unintentionally got closer earlier, Klet knew to lean back, which indicated that he didn’t really intend to do anything to Shen Siwei.

But  why was his crotch still poking his ass?

Klet then shifted his gaze away, pushing Shen Siwei to the side.

Shen Siwei sat back in his original position, looking at the back of Klet’s head, feeling bewildered. “In any case, when I left, Barn was still alive.”

Klet didn’t move for a while, his gaze fixed on the other side.

After a while, he turned his gaze back to Shen Siwei and called out, “Yiwen.”

That was Shen Siwei’s alias.

Except for the first time when they jokingly greeted each other, it was the first time Klet had called Shen Siwei by that name.

Shen Siwei asked, “What?”

“I’m not interested in anything else,” Klet said, “Just tell me honestly, who is helping you?

“No one is helping me,” Shen Siwei told the truth. But he couldn’t help but wonder why  Klet was suddenly sure there were people helping him?

“I don’t believe you?” Klet seemed somewhat annoyed. “The power station, the back alley of the bar, the strip club, obviously it’s not your doing, so who?”

Shen Siwei:… It really is me.

But Shen Siwei couldn’t admit it because if his identity were exposed, he wouldn’t be able to continue his mission.

“I don’t believe the military would be so at ease, letting you stay here alone,” Klet continued, “There must be someone protecting you secretly.”

Shen Siwei admitted that Klet made sense.klet could only naturally assume that there were military personnel lurking around, protecting Shen Siwei discreetly.

The damaged pipeline at the power station, the bodies in the back alley of the bar, the sudden death of Barn, all indicated the existence of such individuals.

“I know you don’t believe me,” Shen Siwei slowly spoke, “but no one is helping me”

The small courtyard fell into silence, with only the rising steam diffusing the quiet atmosphere.

After a moment, Klet let out a sigh and slightly parted his lips, saying, “Fine.”

After uttering this single word, he extended his arm and pressed down on Shen Siwei’s shoulder.

Their bodies were once again in close contact, but Shen Siwei had no reaction. Although he often called Klet a rogue, he knew deep down that Klete and Barn weren’t on the same side and klet wouldn’t really harm him.

However, in the next second, his face suddenly went blank, and Shen Siwei realized in a sudden burst of realization klet wanted to take off his mask!

“Klet!” Shen Siwei couldn’t care about anything else and pounced, trying to snatch it back. “Don’t !”

Leveraging his longer arms, Klet held the mask far behind him. Shen Siwei knew his breath couldn’t hold for more than three seconds, so he had no choice but to continue lunging forward. Unconsciously, his legs ended up straddling Klet’s waist.

Standing upright, he appeared to be able to reach the mask, with his lower abdomen brushing against Klet’s nose and lips, but Shen Siwei couldn’t care.

However, Klet didn’t make it easy for Shen Siwei to snatch the mask back.

He encircled Shen Siwei’s lower back and pressed down, slightly raising his chin and calling out, “Malken.”

The sliding door “whooshed” open, and Malken leaned halfway into the room, asking, “Boss?”

Shen Siwei turned his head in confusion, only then realizing that his and Klet’s posture was a bit strange.

Malken placed his hands in front of his eyes, with his middle and ring fingers slightly apart, and looked at the two, saying, “What’s going on?”

Klet made a shooting motion and tossed the oxygen mask to Malken, saying, “Take it apart.”

Malken made an “OK” gesture and closed the sliding door behind them.

Shen Siwei couldn’t muster enough breath to curse. All he could do was breathe deeply with a maddening itch in his teeth.

“Don’t cry to me,” Klet raised an eyebrow. “Since you said no one is helping you I want to see if anyone will come to rescue you.”

He meant to lock Shen Siwei up.

“Suit yourself.” Shen Siwei turned over and sat back in the water basin, turning his head to the other side. “but I won’t go anywhere.”

“That’s not up to you.”

After Klet said this, Shen Siwei suddenly felt his body lift off the ground. By the time he reacted, Klet had already hoisted him onto his shoulders, and his abdomen was sore from the hard shoulder.

“Klet, put me down!” Shen Siwei immediately became furious, his anger rising to his head. “Believe it or not, I’ll kill you!”

“You can try.”

“Don’t think I won’t dare. I…%&*#…Ha…Ha…”

The more he wanted to curse, the more he couldn’t catch his breath. In the end, Shen Siwei could only resort to an extremely humiliating move—he pulled Klet’s hair.

“Hiss—” Klete winced in pain and impatiently slapped Shen Siwei’s ass. “Behave yourself.”

Crimson flickered in Shen Siwei’s eyes once again.

Sooner or later, he would deal with this wretched rogue leader.
