Pride and Vayu reduced their size and wandered around Scarlet's interior, resembling two crimson-red ghosts.
However, Noah quickly called Vayu, summoning him in front of him through Kin Summon, and interrupting his tour around Scarlet given to him by Pride.

Within the world where he originated, Vedas, the world of Dragons, every being with a draconic bloodline would be able to develop a Dragon Heart!
Dragon Hearts were similar to Blood Cores in some ways, but in Vedas, dragons were less refined than Vampires in many ways, and their power over bloodlines and so on wasn't as potent.
Usually, Dragons would be born with an element or would be able to evolve into a certain element through development. But they were able to develop a Dragon Heart after their first evolution.
Although sometimes, Dragons born with potent bloodlines from powerful parents might be able to develop even stronger powers and bloodlines and even be born with stronger Dragon Hearts from the start!
However, the way that Dragons increased their cultivation of their Dragon Heart was simple…
They simply needed to battle and devour their prey, usually, other dragons!
Even bugs, mammals, and other creatures in the world of Vedas possessed dragon bloodlines, sometimes very thin, but almost everything was somehow a dragon.
They simply needed to devour prey with stronger dragon bloodlines to strengthen their dragon hearts, absorbing their vitality also worked, as it slowly nourished their power.
This method wouldn't even really be called cultivation as it was a very basic way of doing things, merely fighting and devouring your prey…
But that's how dragons did it! The world of Vedas had civilizations of strong dragons and several nations, but it was still mostly a wild dragon eat dragon world, the only way to rise to the top and be able to join the Dragon Nations was to mercilessly hunt and devour your prey!
Some Families of Dragos nurtured their children, while others left their eggs in the wild and left their offspring to survive and come back to them one day even stronger, the same way their parents taught them…
Vayu and the other Draconic Fathers were the greatest figures of the Mortal World of Vedas, but the mortal world was but a mere small continent compared to the entire world of Vedas, which was perhaps several times bigger than Earth!
The more Vayu spoke about it, the more Noah grew interested in exploring such a mysterious world filled with deadly draconic beasts.
It seemed that the Draconic Fathers were the governors of the "Mortal Continent" as it was referred to, where the weakest dragons were born, and the strongest of them all would one day evolve past the Elder Dragon Stage and become Immortal Dragons, who would be able to cross the natural barrier that separated the continent from the immensely vast world of Vedas!
Vayu and his "siblings" were all at the pinnacle of the mortal hood but were given the task of taking care of the continent and supervise it, this is why the Wyrms, Wyverns, and other beings that descended from them called them fathers and even gods to an extent.
Noah quickly realized that this was why Vayu was so strong and gave him nice entertainment, it was because even with his power reduced due to the dungeon, he was still a being at the pinnacle of the mortal hood, most likely an SSS-Rank at 3/3 stage!
Even with the dungeon suppression to fit the SS-Rank quota of power, he was still able to exert power above this realm to an extent.
In resume, aside from this information, what Noah needed to do was to devour strong Dragons to enhance his Dragon Heart, and perhaps any other monster flesh and vitality could also help, but the fastest method was to devour strong dragons.
"You are a Level V Half-Dragon?
