A new day has come, and Noah was trying out his new and powerful Skills in the morning.
He had woken up early, although he had gone to sleep late last night due to his passionate loving with Iris, as a Vampire his stamina was near-endless, so he didn't particularly need to sleep other than to clear his mind a bit.
Noah glanced at the sunrise from the horizon as he tried out his new Skills…

Noah firstly tried [Draconic Father Strong Blood (S)], which was a powerful active effect that could be left toggled on to become somewhat passive, although it always drained Mana, his Mana had become almost endless now that he connected his Bloodline Soul to so many believers in Sector D.
This Skill granted Noah the power to add into his blood the powerful properties of the Draconic Father's blood, making it boil incredibly fast and enhancing all of his muscles and body, giving him stat boosts, greater reflexes, and more. It was more or less a passive effect to stack up with the rest for more additional power.
The [Draconic Eyes of the Storm (S)] Skill gave Noah the power to summon storming winds with his very eyes, this was the power that Vayu most likely showcased yesterday in their fight, giving Noah some entertainment. With this power, Noah's mere eyes could summon storming winds that could expand and be controlled to his will. He could also target a certain foe to be engulfed in these winds from a distance by merely glaring at it!
The [Wind Attribute Ward (SS)] Skill was simple, it gave Noah a natural ward against the wind attribute as if he were repelling its damaging effects naturally. It didn't make him immune to it nor any of that, but it did give him a damage reduction, of around 50%, no less! It was a splendorous defensive power, and he hoped to get more of these if he were to even cross paths with another Draconic Father.
The [Elder Dragon Heart: Windstorm Essence Blessing (SS)] was a stupendous Skill, the moment Noah activated it, he gained an Elder Dragon Heart inside his chest! This Elder Dragon Heart enhanced his authority over the wind, his damage dealt using wind, and his wind resistance, alongside enhancing his approximation to this element and even some kind of inner meaning… As if he could grasp something.
It was so impressive that it even emerged inside his status as if he were now somewhat of a dragon.
Could it be? Was he now a Vampire Dragon? However, this didn't give him the power to take the shape of one… although he could create scales, wings, and perhaps a tail too.
Maybe some Skill Fusion could be done, but such a function required of him to accumulate 1 million Lifeblood Points…
Noah checked his status to see his progress thus far.

Abilities: Eternal Undeath Body (5/5), Elemental Ward (5/5), and Vitality-Draining Blood Aura (5/5).
Additional Lifeblood Points are required for the advancement of two Skill Trees:
[Vampire King's Spirit]: As a Vampire King, your Spirit, Senses, and Powers are above any other Vampire, Abilities include Crimson Moon Ballad, True Vampiric Eyes, and Supernatural Vampiric Divine Senses

By merely devouring this dragon, his stats had increased! Perhaps he simply needed to devour more Bosses of SS-Rank and above to reach the pinnacle of SSS-Rank!

Although Noah also believed that his stats increased might be related to another thing…

It seemed that he had acquired an Elder Dragon Heart, the jewel that had emerged on his chest, which was differently positioned than the Blood Soul Core, which was already inside of his soul and not his flesh.
However, wouldn't this mean that if he were to tear apart his body or torso, would he lost this power?
Noah decided to quickly try it, and cut his head off!
SLASH!
His head flew into the air, floating, as he saw his body fall over the ground.
Afterward, he quickly created a new body from the neck down in a mere split of a second, and then glanced at his status again…
And he saw that… the Heart wasn't gone!
And when he checked inside his heart, it was there!
He decided to check the corpse of his body, as he saw that there was the jewel inside, and ate it.
Nothing happened, although he felt like he gained some more Mana.
Afterward, Noah decided to devour his entire corpse and then realized that whatever this was, Dragon Hearts carried with him, and would regrow as if new as they were connected to his body regeneration.
Even if they were to be destroyed, his Dragon Heart would regrow and regain its Level.
Another important thing was that it seemed that there was some way for the Dragon Heart to increase its Rank or Level.
As of now, Noah was a [Level V: Young Windstorm Essence Half-Dragon], meaning that there might be way more Levels ahead!
He wondered what he needed to achieve them… perhaps eating other dragons? Or maybe consuming more life essence?
He decided to ask it directly to the Dragon's Heart's previous owner, Vayu.
