Chapter 299: Blondie

For god's sake, he looked like a pitiful wife whose husband had put his dick in his pant after fucking her. Sounds crude? But that's what came to her mind right that instant.

Okay, to make it sound more beautiful, he was looking at her as if she has been keeping concubines behind his back.

Her widened eyes were enough to show her confusion.

The man's lips slightly moved and she nearly lost her balance. Was that a pout on his lips or she imagined it?

She could see those dark clouds hovering above his head as he muttered once again, "You were in 6th standard when you held that Lu guy's hand, the one who had dyed his hair blond," he murmured and she covered her mouth with both her hands to not let that gasp come out of it.

The realization hit her pretty fast since that blondie was quite famous because of his hair color, "You…How did you know his name? Wait, will you stand up first?" She asked, tugging his arms to which the man shook his head.

"I just want to say that it had been over a decade since I have fallen for you. I never had to force love, I was drowning in it the moment we met," He said, his voice deep and husky as it sounded so mellow to her ears.

"You disappeared all of a sudden and it left me disappointed. Somewhat angry? Yes. I turned back to my usual self but after years you proposed a marriage. I thought I have kind of moved on from my first love, that happened to be you, I shrugged it off as a crush that teens get themselves involved in and decided to meet you, the woman who brazenly proposed me…Lili, don't bite your lips, I want to do that too," The sudden shift of the topic had her chuckle as he continues, "It was kind of…I don't know what I felt when I knew who you were. I realized the effect you had on me from the beginning."

"I love you Lil, more than I've ever told you,'' The corner of her lips tugged up at his words…The way he called her 'Lil', it had the effect of creeping into her soul. It was rare for him to call her as such and she very much treasured it.

Her lips stretched even further as if it was possible, the corner of her eyes crinkled slightly. Any other girl in her place would have been touched to the point of crying and sniffing but she didn't. She knew it would freak him up if she cried, not that she felt like letting her tears out at this moment. She was filled with nothing but bliss.

Her dazzling hazel eyes and flushed cheeks, the smile that did not lessen on her lips could attest to everything that she felt at this moment. Her eyes widened when he tugged her hand before slipping in a ring in her ring finger that she did not realize he was holding till this point. "You're supposed to ask me first, I think?" Her brows furrowed.

He pushed himself to his feet before wrapping an arm around her waist, "Ask you what?" he asked and that had her reply in an instant, "Ask me if I accepted you, or more like if I would date you…?" She did not finish her sentence realizing how wrong her statement was.

He grabbed onto it, "You have accepted me pretty well already," Her mouth went in 'O' shape as he continued, "Talking about date? Didn't I marry you already? Not that I'm ever letting you go."

She pursed her lips, "You're talking as if I forced you to."

Amusement flitted across his gaze, "I let myself be forced by you. I'm more than happy with it."

She smiled at his words, "Such a sleek tongue you've got," She murmured when he nuzzled his face on her hair. Her gaze landed on the ring that was sitting on her ring finger. Elegant, it was the first word that came to her mind. At the first glance, the diamond was the darkest shade of black but under the reflection of light, she could see all the various colors within it.

"What was that about hold the blondie's hands?" She asked, eyeing him suspiciously. She did not forget him bringing up this topic. To be honest, she did hold that boy's hand but at that time…

Her thoughts were interrupted when the dark living room suddenly lit up dimly as she noticed that lone round table sitting in the middle of the living room. Whatever questions she had in her mind disappeared in an instant as she glanced at the chocolate cake on the table. "You made it," It was more of a statement than a question. How could she not know it? With a single glance, she could tell if he made something for her. Sweet simple and beautiful, it was just to her taste, everything he did for her was exactly how she liked it.

He smiled but she did not see it as he was standing behind her.

He hugged her from behind, "Do you like it?" His voice was so low that the hair on her neck stood up at that sensation.

She turned around before pressing a soft kiss on his lips, not knowing how to reply. "I loved it…" she murmured.

His adam's apple bob up and down in an erotic way, quickening her pulse. And before she knew it, he has slowly yet possessively pressed his lips on hers. The craving for the chocolate cake was kicked aside when his tongue delved inside her mouth. He drew her nearer, binding his arms around her waist. Every nerve in her body is sent haywire as she ran her fingers through his thick manes, her lips nibbling onto his as he pressed himself closer to her, enough for her to feel his hardness through the layer of clothes.

"Lili.." He softly whispers as their lips parted, his forehead leaning onto hers, their faces flushed and hot, breathing ragged, she could see that suspicious glimmering string in between their lips, creating an erotic sight.

"Mm?"
